I do as well. Do a mushroom, onion and chicken one using penne noodles, and use the pasta sauce I make up for a lasagna also. Same thing goes, freeze in individual packages, and serve with sides of your choice.

I make up a rustic pork stew about once a month. Nice chunks of pork butt, whole baby potatoes and pearl onions, some carrots and beans and you are good to go. Make it early before it gets hot.
