  1. Posted just now I am at a loss, went to DTAC and they were marginally helpful, according to a friends they expanded the oversea capability. ???? The main issues is I can call the 004-1800-772 1213 get the message for the toll free call is not free and you have to pay, then it rings, and I either get a drop/clip or a busy signal. Yet tried a AIS phone and got through, waited for an hour, and against better judgement had to hang up and try again.. not my phone. When we tried to dial the same games started... drop click. What the heck.. Any suggestions?

  3. Thai friend called DTAC and instructed to use 004-1-800-772-1213... (2.5 baht/min).... also used the +1-800-772-1213...(8 baht /min) Will try again tonight Thanks for the insights

  5. Yes that is the one.. I have been trying since Monday.. I get the busy signal and one click off. Any other suggestions.. Calling in the am 0800-0900 . Using Dtac.

  16. Check out some of the Universities down South. There are a few that are acceptable. Instruction is in English. Many profs graduated for Western Programs... but as a result, some have a major pole up the Arse..and let you know it... It is payback for the perceived BS they experienced in Western programs, thus they (some) return the experience... The programs are MATEFL. All the best.
