Because after 4 months of mask wearing everywhere in Thailand, I had 2 weeks of freedom not wearing a mask in Aus. Not having to wear a mask felt special, whereas it should be normal, so putting one back on did not feel good I won't be wearing a mask ever again, so maybe I'll be back to thailand next year (or not if I fall in love with Vietnam)

Most overseas arrivals in Thailand this year come from India

Maybe that's because China doesn't let their citizens leave the country.... -

TM30 form where she adds your details as a guest. Copy of her ID and something with her name on it for the address (yellow book, condo chanote, lease agreement), copy of your passport, entry stamp and TM6 arrival card (note you have 72 hours after arrival to do TM30 or they can fine you) -

I just stayed 4 months in Thailand, I had 30 days covid insurance on entry. The Thai visa forum is full of people saying 30 days covid insurance was enough -

You only have to buy 30 days covid insurance, if asked tell them you're only staying that long (then stay as long as you like) -

Public Encouraged to Continue Wearing Masks
aussiexpat replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News Headlines
So it's mandated for me to wear a mask on the 600 metre walk from my Condo to my favourite bar, even though I don't go within 10 metres of someone, but then I'm free to mingle maskless with 50 others for hours of drinking and fun...yep, sounds like Thailand common sense -

Yep, I'm not going back to Thailand until they drop the mandatory scam insurance and mandatory face masks, required even on an empty beach 200m from the nearest person Vietnam in July-August is where I'll be spending my money. No pretend restuarant-bars there -

Frustrated with Pattaya beach deckchair businesses!
aussiexpat replied to simon43's topic in Pattaya
You really have lost it. I gave my advice that I had no problems with deckchairs, how would I know if anyone else did. I've also never paid my padded bar bill, where did this come from? You seem like a pyscho making stuff up in your head... -
Frustrated with Pattaya beach deckchair businesses!

Wow, I post "I've been using Pattaya deck chairs for 14 years, never had a problem" and get that response. It's pretty neutral actually and simply means I've never had a problem. You make it sound like I said they were all magical beings treating us tourists like gods Proof that you've lost the plot and should probably leave Pattaya as soon as possible -
Right back at you As another member said, it's important that false and misleading, and overly negative posts such as yours are debated, otherwise you distort what is actually happening on the ground here.
