  1. Thanks, Chang Paarp. I just got off the phone with the hospital. He's out of the ICU now and is conscious. He can talk and eat. They're X-Raying him daily to check his lungs. Still bleeding.

    Get well very soon, Frances!!

  2. I don't see the problem. Don't most Thai men become ordained for a short while?

Having previously been ordained does not seem to exclude them from having healthy relationships and marriage later in life.

The problem was, they conducted a relationship while he was still a monk.

  3. I don't know about massage shops as I am in Spa industry. If the lady in question gets herself a proper training, nothing too fancy, could be Wat Pho or Department of Skill Development, she could start at a Day Spa. Salary would be about 6,000 - 7,000 THB + tips and possibly commission. Gain some experience that way, and if her English skills are good, that would be a big bonus as a lot of Spa Therapists I've come across the past three years don't speak English very well. Salary in Hotel Spa should be 10,000 THB up.

If she was good at the job and English, she could get a job in a Spa overseas. Lowest offer we've dealt with is 600 USD + tips + commission.

  4. Really the above post just sums up why he died IMO. Don't want to be horrible to anyone, but it does make you think.

Drinking in the mentioned bars makes you dead? :o

  5. The following are a sampling of REAL answers received on exams given by the California Department of Transportation's driving school (Saturday Traffic School for moving violation offenders.)

Q: Do you yield when a blind pedestrian is crossing the road?

A: What for? He can't see my license plate.

Q: Who has the right of way when four cars approach a four-way stop at the same time?

A: The pick up truck with the gun rack and the bumper sticker saying, "Guns don't kill people. I do."

Q: When driving through fog, what should you use?

    A: Your car.

Q: How can you reduce the possibility of having an accident?

A: Be too drunk to find your keys.

Q: What problems would you face if you were arrested for drunk driving?

A: I'd probably lose my buzz a lot faster.

Q: What changes would occur in your lifestyle if you could no longer drive lawfully?

A: I would be forced to drive unlawfully.

Q: What are some points to remember when passing or being passed?

A: Make eye contact and wave "hello" if he/she is cute.

Q: What is the difference between a flashing red traffic light and a flashing yellow traffic light?

    A: The color.

Q: How do you deal with heavy traffic?

    A: Heavy psychedelics.

Q: What can you do to help ease a heavy traffic problem?

    A: Carry loaded weapons.

  6. Ok, so go on then, Khun F*t G*t. Don't care about the consequences. Go moon the cops again. Get locked up again. Drink and drive again. It just can't get any worse now, can it?

How many hours did you have to stand again, I already forgot?

And are you lot who say "who cares! moon them again!" going to keep him company when he gets locked up, by the way?

  7. Shit. Looks like their bloody website helped me change destination from Chiang Mai to Samui without consulting me. :o

Sorry, jaffas. Bangkok Airways does leave from Suvarnabhumi airport. But only one flight in the morning to Chiang Mai. Air Asia would be your best bet if you wanted to fly the same night. :D
