Some days 100 Baht for food others 10000 Baht all day session. Just depends on my mood really. A normal day's beer session around 2000 Baht I would guess on Samui but half that in Pattaya.

I believe that the wearing of masks will be mandatory.
Don't even think about bringing any "weapons" as a member of the Thai army will be the doorman & will be using the "ADE-651 Bomb Detector".
This is Samui mate he'll either turn up a day late or completely pissed. No worries.

Do you dread that banging on your door at 5am?

Cheap Beer, Cheap Deals wanted etc etc, what Football Team do you support Smokie ??
Bwahahahaha you couldn't make it up..
Ok singhy I admit it I'm broke. But I know I can always scrounge a few beers off you generous mugs along at Upton Park...
No chance of getting a beer out of Mr 'Gordon Brown' carmine now is there?
Excuse me Firstly, i'm not a sweaty, and secondly, why have i been brought into this? Especially being one of the most generous people i know.
Alas lads, i won't be drinking 25 baht Chang in the last chance saloon and i don't like the mossi so i cant envisage buying you a beer Smokie
To be honest carmine when I clicked on this I was expecting a printable beer token from you....redeemable in 2009.
No problem there though carmine I'm bringing my new threads over with me so maybe the new Aussie bar? I hear its suitably geared for property developers and the likes.

Problem is that Years Old Song though Imola, " He went to the Bar, to buy a Lager & only bought one for himself...He's only a poor little ................."
I'd buy him a Beer if he ventured accross the Street, without a doubt, cos that's how we roll..
A cousin of mine invited me to the pub for a beer singhy and when he arrived I got a round in....we had a friendly chinwag....he finished first went to the bar came back with a pint for himself....I drained mine and walked out.....never seen the bloke in oh 20 odd years....no loss then.
You never can tell....but if you're buying the first round I won't object.

I'd say this was a sinple mistake. But really, don't you think that a bill should be checked as a matter of course
I like the Huntsman. I've used it for a good few years now. Theres never been a mistake on my bill, the staff are always extremely polite and the food has been consistently good.
I'm sure if you had brought the matter to their attention things wouls have been swiftly resolved to your benefit.
I use the Huntsman often when I'm in Bangkok but only during the happy hours. I've never had a problem with the 2 for 1 drinks but always have a rough idea of what the bill should be. Its still not cheap but decent value considering the surroundings and them having a smoking area. Oh dear it just slipped out....

I'm not on the island at the moment either koheesti but from what I hear the tourist business is suffering big time. Looks like lean times ahead for the islands.
Must be much worse in Bangkok now though.

The location is a closely guarded secret....but if you visit Dreamgirls during Paris/Milan fashion week you can usually find David enjoying his freedom....ahem.
Also suggest you read page 1 of this thread for some handy clues.

Low tide is better for building sandcastles.

Hi everybody!
Do you know where is located the beckham's house on samui?
I'd like to have a look to, by boat.
Thank you
Its better viewed from the air. I can take you up in my hot air balloon but places are fully booked till after the world cup sorry.

Phuket sounds like a rip off. From jet ski skams to dodgy tuk tuk's
and inflated prices. Think I will be seeing Koh Samui for a nice beach
destination rather than phuket.

It's time they sacked these fat old gay boys and ugly old hags that have been there too long and are just a bunch of leeches.
They're paid far too much, they're as lazy as <deleted> and they put people off flying BA.
It might cost a few quid to fire them, but the airline will benefit in the long run.
On my one and only flight with BA to BKK I was unlucky to be sat behind the bassinet row where there were several small children. I slept for the first 8 hours undisturbed and woke to find a peaceful cabin and 4 of the 'old hags' holding the babies and keeping them quiet in order to let everyone else get some shut eye.
Just my experience but not bad cabin service. The real problem for BA is poor aircraft crap food and high prices.

OK in order to sort out the catering arrangements I need to finalise the numbers by the end of this month.
Anyone planning to attend MUST let me know by 31st May.
Then I will make a final list and if your name isn't on it you are not invited.
Thanks again

Why don't you visit Vietnam carmine then you can give us an informative and worthwhile post for once.

This won't last three years more like half that. Either the coalition will creak to the point of a no confidence vote or if things go well for him Cameron will seek a mandate to run things alone. The more I look at it the better it looks for him really.

Let's see what the Lib Dem meeting brings...might be a minority government yet.
God Bless You Thailand
