I'm planning to spend a few days on Koh Tao in July. Looking for decent accomodation up to around 1500 Baht a night preferably a place on the beach and with a few options in the evening without having to drive around. Also any recommendations for doing a PADI Open Water course would be welcome.

To me Carrick is the obvious choice.

In his day Scholes was a better player than Carrick no doubt, but Scholes is at the tail-end of his career now and Carrick is in his prime - or at least should be!

Rooney and Crouch are his picks for up front no doubt about that. The rest are either poor or untested at international level. Defoe would have been an easy pick in January but he's just been poor since then.

Gerrard is a great player and deserves his place simply due to the experience he brings to the squad. Carrick is a question mark but I still say Capello should give Scholes a call. He's been in great form lately.
