  1. And my Harley eats ERs for dinner in a straight line.

HAHAHA!!!!! Unless you are riding a V-Rod or have a fully modded 113" motor, you're out of your mind. And even on a V-Rod you wouldn't be "eating them for breakfast". It would be more like a few bike lengths and the end of a quarter mile. Any other Hardley Ridable would be lucky to see and ER6's tail lights at the end of a 1/4.

V-Rod is the only sub 12 sec Harley and the FatBoy is the only sub 13 sec (barely) followed by everything else. You might wanna do a bit of research before you start throwing out claims like that like that.

  2. I've had my TZM for 1.5 years, blown it up twice and layed it down, replaced the clutch and completely rebuilt the engine it all for less than the price of the pipe on my Er6. Those things are like cheap little toys that are guaranteed to keep a smile on ur face the whole time you are riding.

  3. I think the TZM is better. I am a bit biased because i own a 96 TZM. I am also 6'5" so i would look pretty funny on a tiny little NSR. As far as performance goes, the TZM is faster and more stable at high speeds. i weigh 95kg and have gotten mine up to 180kph (indicated NOT gps) although it is quite heavily modified. But i have heard the NSR is a bit more nimble in the twisties. I have ridden a few NSRs and they are nice bikes just not the same speed as a TZM.

And yes i agree, 2 strokes are more fun.

  4. Take Ramkhamhaeng out till the 3 way intersection then hang a right and the first left go all the way till the 3 way intersect and hang a left then at the first light hang a right.,, khao yai's one of my favorite rides! take the road that goes around khao yai, wang nam keo or something like that, awesome views.

    what ya riding?

Not quite sure where u mean. What # highway would that be that takes you there? I am actually thinking about going out Phahon Yothin Road all the way to Highway #2 aka Mithraprop Road. Seems like the most direct route I have seen. Any thoughts on that route. Will be making the trip on a 2011 Ninja 650r. Its been great to me so far.

Yeah... that's a rather miserable way to go... Good luck! T

Ok I'm convinced. Did a bit more research and the route you suggested looks like the way to go for a one day loop. Thanks for the info.

  6. Hey Guys,

Was looking at taking a day trip to Khao Yai this Sunday rain or shine. Anybody interested? My regular riding buddy just sold his bike and I don't wanna give up my Sunday rides. Never been there and was hoping someone, or a few people who have been there before would be up for a quick blast out there early morning maybe 6 or 7am leaving from Bangkok.

  7. i am currently staying at amata city industrial estate in rayong province and looking for a proper gym to use. the one at the hotel i am in has only up to 30 lbs dumbells. :bah: looking for something with at least an olympic bar and power cage or some type of squat rack and a flat/incline benches.any one know if a place like this exists? and im not looking to go into pattaya everyday since that is one hour round trip on its own.

  8. Thank you everybody for showing how incompetent the government is in this country. Honestly, as much as I don't think Thaksin should come back, he would have the balls to do something about a situation like this. Unlike the current PM who sits in his office and gives empty threats of a crackdown. Maybe the reds are right. Abhisit has sure shown it the last few weeks that he's unfit to handle any critical situations. How can a government be in power that can't even maintain order in its nations capital.

One can't blame PM Abhisit alone

He needs the army to do the crackdown

    Gen Anupong os equally soft

The UDD now know and so that the rest of the world that Thailand has a PM who is soft and the army gen is soft too

    bad combination

Yes I agree 100% with you, but someone has to have absolute power in a situation like this. If the PM is too soft and the General of the Army is too soft to do their job they be removed from their positions and tried for treason for letting terrorists take control and doing nothing about it. If your not part of the solution your part of the problem right?

  10. AoT president Serirat Prasutanond said earlier the gangs which ran the illegal operations had indicated to him in a phone call that they would flood back in once the crackdown lost steam.

    Translation

Gang Leader: How can we make the monthly payment if the cops are busting us?

Airport Official: Don't worry I'll let you know when its clear but you owe me one.

So the AoT President is on the phone with these guys but they can't manage to find out whose running the gangs.

  11. Yet another example of the incompetence of these people. Risk millions of lives because it is not "in the budget" when major civil projects are being skimmed at a rate of that or more per job. Even if we built their entire country for them it would be in ruins in one year. Two if the battery didn't run out. Sorry folks but i think i could train a monkey to do a better job than these retards.

  12. What does your girlfriend think of the demand for money?

Hopefully she is embarrassed by it as it's a try on for sure.

Sinsod is paid over when your married, not as an advance because they are hard up this week.

I doubt if she (GF) was embarrassed by the whole fiasco. Be careful she may also be part of this

I would do nothing and let her decide to leave or stay. And never visit her parents again till you are sure she is the one. Two years from now at minimum

Oh yeah, heir a private investigator to check her out

If you even have to think about getting a PI to check out your girlfriend let her go. That obviously means she has done something o make you distrust her. Secondly, if your girlfriend finds out you got a PI she will no longer trust you. Do you really want a relationship where someone has to monitor your partner's activities? That sounds like bad news from the start, IMHO. Any time I didn't trust my gf anymore I ended it. Sadly, the only ones I have had that problem with were Thai therefore, I only date Thais a short time.(Pun intended) Don't start bashing me just yet, there are plenty of good Thai girls out there i just haven't found one yet that is long-term relationship material.
