Here's some ideas that should save a bit of headache:

1. Throw your money away.

2. Burn your money to heat water for coffee

3. Go get 1300 short times.

4. Pay someone to give you a brain transplant so you will think straight.

5. Save your money and ditch the village people. (i.e. find a girl who doesn't require monthly installments)

If you are old enough to have a girl friend and you have to ask a bunch of guys and gals how to cheat on her don't go there it will not work and more than likely you will get caught. Cheating and lying seems to be one of those thing we start developing at a young age and by the time we have a girl friend we really care about and donot want to hurt our skills at lying and cheating are honed to such a fine edge she will never find out and be hurt.

i guess i walked right into that one surayu. in Thailand for business. family owns a few companies business here related to construction/manufacturing. last thing i want is a thai wife with all the stories i've heard. and yes i have dated thai women. this only made me want them even less. nice girls great fun but come from such a different world. don't really want to deal with all the thai and thai family issues either.

contrary to what you may think not all of us here are backpackers and english teachers. some of us have real jobs and earn real money which can be invested in things such as housing and land.

currently foreigners can not own land here but their company can. there is always a loophole, especially in thailand. this being said if someone wants to, they could in fact own a company which owns land. therefore owning land. however, not everyone wants to own 49% of their land with 7 other thais as chairmen of the company. i know i dont.

my point here is if these laws were opened to allow foreigners to own land directly many people would rush to buy. at least up until the last two years when thailand succesfully f***ed themselves. so today im not sure that it would make a difference.

all in all the laws favor thai and trample foreigners. but maybe that is part of the plan. or should i say welfare program.

the thai elite like to limit what foreigners can do to protect what they have. remember when the chinese came into thailand and with a little hard work they took over the power and wealth of the country in just a short time. most of the regular thai's now complain that they are greedy and power hungry. jealous maybe? the elite are just ensuring that they keep there majority piece of the pie. they know the amount of wealth foreigners stand to produce is more than enough to make them no longer "elite".

the only solution is to ban alcohol and legalize marijuana.

i dont know about you but ive banged plenty of coyote girls for free. but then im 26 years old and hit the gym 6 days a week. its not always about how much you have in your pocket. those girls have plenty of rich sponsors, sometimes they just want a good tossing from something other than a fat, old, balding slob. no different from western girls. take care of your body and the girls will love to help you out of your clothes.
