  1. The penis is on the inside.
  2. You have literally no idea what you are talking about, apart from the condo point.
  3. The 180kmh cap is a global Volvo safety thing, nothing to do with the battery. I think it was brought in in 2020 - they limit all their cars to a 180kmh top speed: petrol, hybrid, electric - and it is part of their pledge to eventually have zero fatalities in a Volvo car. Not sure I agree with it, but I rarely feel the need to go over 180kmh on the road these days (have done it plenty of times in my younger days). I should point out that although the ex30 is very fast it is kind of ridiculous talking about it in comparison to a 911. A 911 is a pure bred, highly focused, mid-engined sports car. An ex30 is a small family SUV. Totally different beasts, but alas, we do live in interesting times and I am all in favour of them. Even in comparison to a 911 the EV performance is addictive as it is instant, it is such a different feeling. I rented this beast for 24 hours in Dubai to race up and down some mountains and it was incredible. Faster on paper (0-100kmh in 3 seconds) but there's a lag, albeit small. A fast EV has no lag and just feels faster. Having said that I would take the 488 Italia Spider over the Volvo in an instant. ????
  4. This one, the dual motor version. At least in a straight line.
  5. Ah, sorry, maybe English is not your first language. He asked if there anything better for the price point. But instead you have posted a picture of something that is dirty, noisy, smelly, slow, and has a massively plasticky interior with vastly inferior tech and no premium materials or luxury additions like a Harmon/Kardon sound system, or unrivaled passive and active safety systems. This is called "much worse". Easy mistake to make. Next time look for someone asking for something worse, or more old fashioned. Happy to help!
  6. So....you are saying that EVs are more advanced, more developed and better than diesel and petrol? Wow, Transam has turned. Welcome.
  7. Yeah, it's crazy when you think about it, EVs rock! (And I never ever thought I would like them until I tried one)
  8. Yeah, 1.9m. For the price I don't think anything can match it for spec and performance although I could be wrong. I am also interested in looking at the BYD Seal when it arrives here as that also appeals, but depends on what the spec is like.
  9. Definitely the Ultra for me - I need the creature comforts and I need the Harmon Kardon sound system. And definitely the twin motor - I need to enjoy that performance.
  10. Not fine to me. Not sure what your Trinkism is supposed to mean - because we are in Thailand we have to cook in filth? I can't abide a dirty kitchen, even as cooking I clean as I go so it as clean when I finish as it was when I started.
  11. Thank you, a hygienic kitchen picture.
  12. I just tried Patak's when I was back in the UK recently and was impressed. I bought some jars back with me but good to know you can get them here. Normally I never cook from a jar but will make an exception for this. I was told that many mid grade Indian restaurants in the UK also cook from Patak sauces or pastes. But can I please make a request? Clean your cooker man - it's filthy!
  13. Yes, so do I. It really annoys me, especially when I have experience in what they are talking about and they don't. No worries, mistakes happen. Cheers.
  14. Wow, complete nonsense mixed with casual racism all in one post! Congratulations.
  15. Wow, I'm sure they hadn't thought of that - quick, give them a ring before it's too late!
  16. Calm down Frits. Go and read my posts and you will see I run a BOI company and I am posting facts that align with yours. No idea where that random attack came from, it was really quite shocking.
  17. Errrr, what?? What are you talking about, you are making no sense at all. The BOI is an "investment visa" and "nothing to do with real companies operating in Thailand"?? Do you even know what the BOI is and what it does? It is not a visa. Seriously, why keep going? "I stand corrected but then I'm going to say something immediately afterwards which means I clearly don't." ....and there you go again, repeating the same falsehood after I just gave you the most clear information and examples, and after you said you stand corrected. Wow, just wow.
  18. Another one who has no idea what they are talking about. I run a BOI company and have done since it was established (I did the BOI application myself so I know them and their rules very well). We have never needed four Thais to each foreigner, nor do we need 1m THB capital investment for each foreigner (as non BOI companies do). For the first year we had more foreigners than Thais, now we are about 40-60 foreigner-Thai, way short of a 4 to 1 ratio. And we are a 100% foreign owned business. We are also allowed to buy land although we haven't and won't. You have to rightly justify each position and we have never had a refusal or a question and all our foreigners have had multiple visa and work permit renewals. And yes, they encourage you over time to train Thais which we also do, but that 4-1 ratio DOES NOT EXIST for BOI companies. Please don't post false information.
  19. Well you'd be wrong, again. I was the one who did the BOI application, I set up the company, I know exactly who the shareholders are and that we are in no way a partnership with any Thai company. Hmmm, now you state you have to follow BOI rules, well done for sneaking that in to weaken your stance. Yes, we do have BOI rules to follow but actually they are not restrictive - the BOI exist to encourage foreign investment. See, before you said this, so well done on softening your ludicrous stand: ....which is 100% untrue.
  20. Completely and utterly wrong. I also work for a 100% fully foreign owned business here and it wasn't difficult to make happen. Tesco sold up as part of a global restructuring, nothing to do with employment quotas at all. How would employment quotas even affect a company as huge as that? You can imagine the board meeting: "We need to hire one more foreign executive in Thailand". "But how would we do that? We'd need to have at least four Thais working for us?".
  21. I think it's pretty normal for the original manufacturer to investigate something of this nature.
  22. My brother in UK is currently trying to rent a place for his daughter. Must prove income and it has to be a minimum of three times the price of the rent, proven with pay slips, letter from employer, bank statements. Also it is not possible to take it without a viewing as the owner needs to vet each potential renter, interview them, and then select the chosen one. It's pretty normal. An owner wants to know you are professional and responsible, you'll not fall behind with payments, you'll not do any dodgy in the property. If you find that pretty disgusting then you are going to struggle in the real world, sorry. Just answer the questions and rent the property if you want it. And would you trust your property to anyone of the street without knowing they can afford it and will take care of it?
