  1. I have a 2012 model Isuzu MU 7 Choice as I have been very pleased with, but need a more practical car.

Need a pickup, and aiming at a new Isuzu, but are a little unsure. I want reliability and good service, which Isuzu here has been very good at.

Which of them is best equipped? No need 4X4.

Is the current model recently come on the market, or will there be a new model / facelift soon?

Have looked at Ford and Nissan's models, and I had a taste for both. Some good reason to not choose Isuzu above Ford or Nissan?

  2. I was in Indonesia a few weeks ago and came across powdered M-150. Yeah, that’s right, travel sized. Amazing.

Mix powder with a glass of water, and one has M-150 ready to drink;-)

Anyone know if they sell it here in Thailand?

    From Wikipedia:

    "
M-150 is an energy drink of a Thai company Osotspa Co. Ltd. owned by the Osathanugrah family. It is the key brand and number one selling energy drink of Osotspa in Thailand.

It is sold in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Timor Leste, Philippines, Japan and South Korea . It can also be found in Chinese supermarkets in the UK and USA. In Thailand it has 70% of the energy drinks market and is stocked in 95% of grocery shops.

It is sold in bottles and cans, typically with a red star-badge emblem as its logo with the words 'sacrifice', 'courage' and 'devotion' encircling a bold yellow 'M'. It has been recently launched in powder sachets in some of its Asian home markets."

  4. I can not quite decide where to move, I hear a lot of positive and negative about both places.
Want to buy a condo, when we already have houses here in Isaan which we will visit a few times a year due to her family and our mutual friends up here.
Where do you get the most for your money when buying condo, and how is the cost of living between Pattaya / Hua Hin?
I am 48 years old, married with thai seven years. Like visiting a restuanrant / bar one to two times per week for some beers and food.
Beginning to get enough of Isaan and heat up here, 42 degrees here today and zero wind;-(
Do not want to move further south than Hua Hin. Feeling perhaps that Pattaya has more to offer in terms of activities, and is closer to the airport and Bangkok and other places I like, for example Kho Samet and Kho Chang.
Someone who has experience of having lived both places, that will give me some advice?
Would love to hear about why you chose your current residence.

  7. I have done 6800 km on the Forza, and are very happy with it;-)

It`s currently used mostly for local small tours and shopping since I use my Yamaha Bolt 950cc on longer trips and have fun;-)

Recently received one letter basis Honda that I should come in and replace gasoline pump that supposedly has an error, everything is of course covered by Honda.
Previously had a Honda PCX 125cc but Forza is another world of driving pleasure;-)

  8. May seem a bit off topic, but I've got Givi panniers and top box. I also run very old Rapid Transit tank bag that occasionally has a backpack dropped on top of it.

I much prefer having the weight over the tank as the bike handles better. Something to consider.

IIRC, you have a chopper (Yamaha Bolt?). Perhaps if you are set on luggage for the rear getting some saddlebag support brackets knocked up and some nice leather saddlebags would be a good choice to keep the look nice? There's just something about nylon luggage that seems at odds with a chopper.

I have saddlebags, but looking for a bag on my fender;-)
