They sound like well behaved visitors to me.
The minimum wage would be much higher if the 'deserving good people' and the 'undeserving serfs' mentality disappeared.

Everyone is talking very sensibly about their experiences.
Mine is that if you open your mouth in a Thai dentists they are already talking about root canal treatment whereas in a country like mine, UK, they would think this was unusual. And just give you a filling.

There are far too many restaurants, noodle soup places, fast food venues, cafes with food etc etc.
Covid made many customers get used to ordering online too.
There is too much of everything in Thailand......except customers.
If the large brewers were sensible this would be the incentive to brew quality beers themselves. They are equipped to do it and their distribution networks are all in place.
Or, they could copy the big western brewers and just buy up the best of their rivals.
A bar with Keith Moon, Oliver Reed, Richard's Harris and Burton could be joined by Georgie Best and Lee Marvin and have good profits from their higher prices. But the behavior would not be what you seem to be aiming for.
Most Brits are just quietly enjoying their well deserved holiday. Enough fun taxes already.
