1.
Below is the requirement list for Singapore - which includes 400k in bank account (which most applicants probably would not have - did you show such proof?) as well as up to two weeks to issue (although you seem to have obtained in normal next day service?).

2. The required document list requires 400k in bank account. So not a valid option for most persons seeking visa rather than extension because of low savings.

    Required documents are:

    1. One completed and signed visa application form

    2. One recent passport-sized photograph (3.5 x 4.5cm)

    3. Passport (valid for no less than 6 months)

    4. Copy of Airline ticket or confirmation slip with flight number date of entry

    5. Copy of Marriage Certificate, Passport and Identity Card of Thai spouse

(Copies of documents must be signed by Thai Spouse)

    6. Letter from Thai spouse

    7. Bank Statement (at least 400,000 Baht)

Regardless of that, they are offering them, so it would be good if you updated your info anyway.jap.gif

There were plenty just like me there applying for the same visa.wink.gif

  3. Unless you are a national or resident of Singapore do not believe a multi entry will be issued from previous reporting. But if you got last year perhaps you can get again.

Non Immigrant O based on marriage, multiple entry in hand, and I'm not a Singaporean.

As i said before I've never had a problem there.

One of your mods stated on here that the embassy was closed on Monday the 12th for Constitution day, which was false.

Please update your info on here as it is misleading for those wanting current info. You are Thai "visa" after all, and people look here for info.jap.gif

  5. I am surprised by that. The last 2 years I have renewed my marriage non-O multi visa there and no problems what so ever. The Muslim woman at the counter have always been very friendly and business like.

I am going there in 2 month time for renewal again.

I agree. Have always had nothing but friendly service from the Muslim woman you mentioned.

Did you succeed this year with your visa? Have heard mixed reports.
