Sputnik V has just been rejected by the Brazilian Health Regulator stating "Serious Defects"

Same country same day
If u can't read portuguese. Heath ministry commission approved it. Local FDA rejected it. Looks like another case of "funny business".

At least with even the worst of the Western vaccines, AZ, you get transparency. If something goes wrong, there is no hesitation in making the information public and rectifying the situation. With the dictator vaccines, you hear nothing.
Haha. I swear to God, the funniest thing on THV are expat folks who have no choice but to get one commie jab or another))))
He d like to get a Nato approved vaccine, but simply can't have one)))
What a timeline, I love it!

I wish u well, hope u get any vaccine u want. Honestly I don't care what vaccine u gonna take. As for me I'm not even gonna jab myself in near future. I'm a survivor, lol.
Russians are here to celebrate that sputnik is somewhat recognisable in Thailand. And it's all we care. Because as u, and as everyone else on this forum we just want this nightmare to finish.
As everyone else here we want to get back to them beaches, tom yams and smiles because winters in Russia are freaking unbearable!

Covid wave is a 2-3 month entertainment. It will be back to " normal" before summer

It looks like he still praying on winter season. Thailand takes 2 mil a month easily.
And that's exactly where he is going.
Thailand is gonna be fully opened in late autumn. Indians, Russians, chinese, americans, koreans, japans. But mostly chinese. He need them big time.
Well, as for u, guys, u can have a pleasant winter vacation in Luton.

Exactly, they wouldn't even accept it to be considered had they not hoped it would be approved. The same with Sinovac, I'm sure that will get approved by them in a couple of weeks. Russia just needs to hand over the data as all other vaccine manufacturers are doing.
B<deleted> after B<deleted>. It's already scheduled for approval.

You fail at slang, try using polite debate?
I'm aware of the reports of the talks they had, I've also just posted for you another option they have, especially if the EU regulator does not approve Sputnik, as its all dependent on that. At the moment that is under question.
"We can confirm that all reports are treated seriously by the EMA and assessed directly," an EMA spokeswoman told EUobserver on Thursday, referring to the RosPotrebNadzor files on deaths and other complications.
"In this particular case, the report hints to the safety of the vaccine, which is a fundamental aspect to be evaluated both during the ongoing rolling review and in the assessment subsequent to the filing of a marketing authorisation application. For this reason, we cannot comment at this stage on the facts narrated in the [RosPotrebNadzor] report," she added.
https://euobserver.com/world/151483
So as above EMA (EU regulator) needs to sort out many issues yet.
Ok, I politely telling u
A. All vaccines are easy to produce. It's not rocket science. If u have a flu vaccine it's easy to remodel it for covid use. Russia has its own flu vaccine, as many more other countries.
B. Russia said it's Vaccine is a good jab. Lancet in a way proved it. Countries are still buying it. Even some EU countries still buying it. Russia outsourced it to many countries to produce. South Korea, india etc.
C. Only "democracy approved, novichok free" vaccine is a Phizer vaccine. AZ compromised, moderna is nowhere near Phizer in PR ratings.
Good jab, but failing to produce in enough quantities. That's why people in Estonia crossing border with Russia to get a "dictator" Sputnik.
D. Phizer is used as a political tool. You can be absolutely sure about it. Try to be a small country president who is trying to secure Phizer shipping.
"We call u next week", "u in a queue" and other BS. All this BS while States proudly reporting on "200 mil jabs and counting"
U either a 51 state, or u on ur own.
E. Sputnik comes with obligations? Oh yeah! No surprise Prayut said about good relations between countries. He knows it's not a one time shipping. And if u want to be sure jabs are coming u need to be cool with a seller. But good for him to have many sellers.

Wonderful how both China and Russia -- two of the most repressive and aggressive countries in the world -- so kindly agree to provide vaccines for Thailand!
Of course, there is no political or economic agenda -- they are just so pleased to help out another country -- no strings attached!
U kicked in a head if u think Phizer is not used as a political tool. Why do u think Slovakia, Hungary and even freaking Germany stock up Sputnik vaccine? Because they
A. Can't get Phizer vaccine for obvious reasons( America is first, and all others are...well...u know an answer)
B. Want to secure future shippings Because such jabs are gonna be constant.

Let's be honest, in normal days it takes years for FDA to approve anything. Years. 2 and a half on average to be exact.
Phizer could have side effects? Absolutely! Some people will die? Yes! Many!
But now is not the time to have long discussions so FDA took a risk and cleared it.
So in a way, it's compromised.

I wouldn’t waste your time.
It’s well known that poor and undeveloped countries employ propaganda techniques and authoritarian power to control the masses, lest they get start to get restless at how <deleted> their quality of life is.
I share the concerns mentioned in this thread about opaque trial results and the effectiveness and efficacy of vaccines produced in undeveloped authoritarian countries, after all, they are undeveloped for a reason.
USSR/Russia used to try to fool the world that their country was actually functional and gain domestic & international kudos by producing armies of doped up athletes. Unfortunately, and for this very reason, Russia is banned from the 2021 Olympics and 2022 football World Cup, so they won’t get the opportunity for a few years.
Part of the mistrust, aside from internal authoritarian issues such as internment of political opponents, comes from their general conduct on the international stage, although I won’t go down the rabbit-hole regarding KGB agents killing/blowing things up across Europe.
The Russian people are a decent bunch though and wish them luck in their plucky efforts to progress to ‘developed’ country status one day.
They should probably get a move on, as China, and embarrassingly, even Thailand might be overtaking them soon on GDP per capita.
When the wall came down in ‘89 and the USSR admitted defeat, I guess we all hoped it would be the start of a bright new era for Russia, what a shame how it has all turned out....
Blah blah blah, such a poor <deleted> country somehow managed to send as many tourists to thailand as UK and Straya combined.
Enough with this BS already. Go to sleep, chop chop.

It's all propaganda, mate. A <deleted> sandwich with propaganda.
"Phizer is a jab of freedom, beacon of democracy"
"When u buy russian vaccine u support killing of innocent ukrainians and syrians"
"Chinese jab is not a jab at all but a liquid huawei 5g chip"
It's not that hard to make a jab. It takes couple of years. And everyone who has flu vac, can easy remodel it to make it a covid vac. It's a not an astrophysics matter.
Damn, I'm so happy no one has a monopoly on jabs.

To fully understand why people in Russia not doin jabs u need to know how's life now in Russia.
Everything is open. Completely everything. Bars, clubs, museums.
It's semi sweidsh-semi typical russian "I don't give a ff"
People mostly went thru covid and have a relaxing life.
Half of Moscow and Saint Pete are with antibodies.
Why would u make a jab on top of ur antibodies?
As for phase 3 results u either trust it or not. Russia said it's ok to go so u either trust it or choose other options. What more u need to make up ur mind? Boris approval? Not gonna happen.
And by the way, telling that Russians jabs are no good is a utter nonsense. Russians and soviets are very fast when u need to deal with epidemics. If u wonder just check how they dealt with anthrax leaks during soviet times.
Is it good jab? Not worse than the others. In my book.

The problem being this is another vaccine without fully published phase 3 results, the same as Sinovac. The results we have for Sputnik are interim only, so still to be published and then reviewed.
Currently here is a review summary carried out by a large number of Universities and specialists around the world.

No idea. But it looks a bit suspicious. Russia asked them to send samples to EU test facilities, they refused. Russia asked them to ship it all back for inspection. They refused that aswell.
And for some unknown reason they already planning to jab this very same vaccine anyway.
Looks like PR brouhaha.

Russia lacks production capacities, but does a lot of "vaccine-diplomacy" by selling far more doses to other countries than they are capable to produce.
Officials from Slovakia complained last week already, because besides the name, the Sputnik V vaccine they received had nothing in common with the approved original vaccine. Highly suspicious.

U forgot about "licensing". U don't need to have production sites if u can outsource it.

Just open a damn country and stock ur self with airport express tests. Jack up insurances so they can can cover covid related issues.
Everyone who's coming with antibodies and jabs are good to go. People with covid in progress are going in mandatory observations free of charge.
Easy as 1-2-3

Thankfully no one has a monopoly on jabs and it gives hope.

Sputnik V, new hope in fight against COVID

This is clearly a comedy show. The same we had in Slovakia.
One body of a government approve it. Another reject it.
Also a production line approved.
So don't worry. Guys from Uniao Quimica would pay them bribes and everything is gonna be steady.
Latin America, land of opportunities.
