To answer question number "1. do we need a carnet de passage to bring an indian registered bike to thailand", the answer is no. Thailand is not a signatory to the carnet de passage agreement, and does not accept it.
And yet the majority of the high end vehicles that are on the grid in the supercar race series are here on carnet de passage paperwork.
ATA carnet, which Thailand is a signatory: http://www.atacarnet.com/acceptable-carnet-merchandise
This covers commercial merchandise, and includes racecars.
CDP carnet (Carnet de Passages en Douane) which covers vehicles for personal useage, for which Thailand does not accept. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnet_de_Passages
Thanks for the correction, I knew it was carnet something as singha put up the money and charges each team a monthly amount.

obsolete debate.
Thai people have chosen loo paper already.
Toilet paper aisle is the fastest growing in every supermarket nationwide.
Malls have certainly chosen toilet paper in their toilet.
It's O- V- E- R
My household uses a 12 pack of dunny paper a week, not one single roll is in the toilet.

Yeah beef is not common at the Thai markets near me. I recall seeing one small vendor selling it but it was Halal.

Spooney thinks everyone hasn't lived.I paid to have Cosworth R.S. Badges taken of my Sierra years ago, used a Dodge Ram for Haulin Cigarette Boats round USA. At his age i might have been as dim,and full of myself, in fact I was...
You senile old git. the post and question by the OP was purely related to Thailand. not what you did in your youth 137 years ago.

Solid effort.

A Tug Boat has great H.P. and Tourqe but low speed. When i buy, or use a truck its for Haulin, not Poncin..Dodge Ram ,Cummings Lump is a Real Truck.I dislike folk comparing a Truck with a Car, nothing more...Our Tblazer is a Truck compared to the Accord and Civic, they are for Hi Way, the Chevy is for ......,well im not sure realy. A Posh Truck perhaps.?.
You use a Dodge Ram often ?
-
When they increase engine power on a Truck its for Hauling tons of extra Mangoes up a Hill with greater ease, or towing a heavy trailer. If its performance you want buy a Suzuki Swift.
If it was for hauling mangoes or towing a heavy trailer they would be chasing torque not horsepower.

What about the Ford Eco-Sport ?

Ive got the 2004 to 2010 Toyota Hilux workshop manual if that is any good for you. it will cover the drive line in your 2009 Tuna as it is the same as the Hilux.

Not sure if this will be the correct version or not, but give it a whirl;

That requires you to sign up to a website called game-pal. they want credit card details.

do what I did, shag yourself silly for the first 6 weeks or until it gets boring bedding different women and then settle down to a normal life as you would anywhere else
Thats pretty much how it went for me.
I moved straight into Pattaya. I had no idea what was to great me. but was emptying a load within 30 minutes of arrival. !!
Lol. If you're a good guy, just be yourself and things will be cool. If you're a revolting, misogynistic braggart, I have no advice for you.
You precious little darling RikDao, would you like a tissue to wipe the tear from your eye ?

If Steve Jobs is telling you to upgrade to the newest release well then you have bigger issues than being able to purchase a smart phone.
Saying that I guess you could use those talking to the dead skills to save up the coin to buy the new iphone.

My bad. I did not realize they only had allow wheels.
EDIT:
Look for rims off the KLX 110
Or contact faddybike, they have 12" spoked rims for the KSR, Am sure they could lace a larger diametre rim if you asked.
-
Buy hubs from Kawasaki and have your local motorbike shop lace them with what ever rim diametre you want.

Can you please say which airport when you mention prices.
In my experience;
Don Mueng to Pattaya is 1500b.
Swampy to Pattaya is 1200b.
-
Any panel and paint shop can sort it for you. they will have more experience as well (hopefully) so your vehicle is not return with burnt edged.
