Some people are quick to lose their cool, until they bump into the wrong guy. My advice is to keep cool, even if the other person has lost theirs. But always watch their hands just in case they are concealing a weapon. If you are in a car and they are going crazy, keep your door locked and drive to the nearest police station. Or tell them that you have called the cops. It's even better if your car has an onboard camera.

I suffered from Dengue Fever for three weeks in early December last year. I was treated at a clinic in Soi Bhukaow in Pattaya then as an out patient on two separate occasions at the Pattaya City hospital. Total cost just under 3,000 baht. That included blood tests, examinations, some pills and a bag of vitamin drink powders similar to Berocca.
For me it was like having flu but it lasts a lot longer and makes you feel weak, awful and tired all the time. There is not much you can do about it just like the flu except take vitamin supplements and wait it out as you would the flu.
However they do say it kills 200,000 people every year mainly in the Indian sub continent. There is no cure for it and there is no tablet nor vaccine that can prevent it. From what I've read my case was not as bad as it could have been.
I got it from a mosquito bite while I was in Pattaya, not out in the boondocks. The hospital sent a pest control fellow round who sprayed my room a couple of times and I had to make myself scarce for the next hour. There was no charge for this so it shows the authorities are concerned about it affecting tourism as very little in the LOS is ever free.
It could be that this girl has a bad case of Dengue Fever.
I was bitten by one of the larger mosquitos in 2010. The bite was dirty and caused an infection which landed me in a Pattaya hospital. The Total cost for my four day hospital stay was over £2000 which incuded antibiotic drips, an MRI scan, various tablets, food and my private room. I paid 3000 baht and the rest was covered by my travel insurance. Even though I am very computer and internet savvy, I would never expect other people to bail me out via go fund me. Especially if like her, I had been travelling all over South East Asia! If she could afford to do that, then she should have had the money for medical insurance.

I wish her the best of health but why do idiots like her travel without any insurance.?
Because they know that other idiots will bail them out via go fund me, if they get into trouble.

She is Scottish, so that explains why she never stumped up the cash for health insurance.

So you're against sexism and racism, but not ageism!

Looking on the bright side. This is going to give a big boost to the English skills of Thai prison inmates, for the next 20 or 40 years.

There are plenty of idiots in every country (though Thailand has more than most). I was once cut up by an old type of mini which cut in front of me. I was driving an armoured vehicle at the time, which may as well not have any brakes. To this day, whoever was driving that car has no idea how lucky they are to be alive.

She should wait and have her operation in the Netherlands.

I must say you have to admire their balls half a tonne of meth
What you call balls, I call stupidity of the highest order. Anyone who smuggles crystal meth, deserves all they are about to recieve. People should get that romantic notion of Hells Angels out of their heads once and for all. They are nothing more than an organized crime syndicate, using the good name of war heroes who in real life would not give them the time of day.

another important question was the helicopter pilot Thai?
I know my company hires foreign experts for the rigs, Thai pilots are a little bit underqualified in terms of the moving safely part of flying
certainly they can move aircraft and vehicles alike
Helicopters are supposed to be 85 times more dangerous than driving. And some helicopters are more dangerous than others. In the late 80s, I was on an army excercise on the North Yorksire moors, where we spent the day getting ferried about by RAF Pumas. We were also supposed to be getting picked up by Chinhooks, but they got cancelled due to the bad weather. We were all very happy about not having to climb aboad those death traps!
The accident is tragic, but if I ever got to be a billionaire/millionaire, a helicopter would not be on my shopping list. https://fullfact.org/news/how-dangerous-are-helicopters/

I'm not sure where he got his information from, since they remove the part that gets you high from the medical versions.

I'm going to take two wild guesses. One that you don't have enough titles to fill a room, and two, that you don't work in teacher recruitment.

I normally vote Labour, but this time I will be voting UKIP all the way! Both of the major parties will do nothing to stop mass uncontrolled immigration; something which has brought third World crimes to a first World country.
