  1. I think this article is intended for the ones blindly listening to the govt propaganda. It does not take much to conclude the obvious fact that this govt serves Thaksin.

They said they didn't, but pushed through an Amnesty Bill.

They said that the rice policy is suppose to help the farmers, but actually stole from them. If it is helping the farmers, why is thailand ranking dropped in the world and thai rice is no longer desirable. And why 1.4 million farmers have not been paid. Especially not forth coming with information, it only raises more red flag about how much corruption is really going on. The program is already over budgeted. And the reason they got additional budget approval was based on being able to sell the rice and guaranteed by the phantom G-G deal. And we know know niether that is true.

Then you have the Tablet program, which is another policy that steals from kids. The idea that China can not produce 800,000 tablets is almost laughable and quite insulting for China. We haven't heard the last of this policy.

Your article indicates that you are not one to blindly follow PDRC propaganda, maybe you are not as clueless as the other yellow posters.

#-1- I being a PTP supporter also believe the Amnesty bill was to allow Thaskin to come back to Thailand.

What other evidence did you consider in your statement:"to conclude the obvious fact that this govt. serves Thaskin?

#-2 What did you consider in your statement "the rice policy was supposed to help the farmers, but actually stole from them" elaborate please!

I believe I can address your question, why Thailand dropped in ranking of rice exporting nations.

Thailand was number 1 rice exporting nation in the world for 34 years, this was done off the back of the farmers that for those years where very poorly compensated for their rice, the children of rice farmers are turning their backs on the family farms and going into other employment fields. As a result Thailand lost its #1 ranking and will never regain it again, due to the low pay and hard work, the rice scheme was seeking to improve pay for rice farmers. But with the farmer's children going into other fields has forever doomed Thailands #1 rice exporting ranking.

    Cheers

  2. To many "Questionable attacks" bombs blast occurring in isolated areas in the dead of night, usually no one hurt ,very minor damage. Only gain from those attacks are media coverage, these attacks are more likely carried out by Sutheps mercenaries that pictures (black scarves) have been surfacing on TV forum.

These are in contrast to the attacks on Red Shirts that were carried out with the intent to injure in past Protest.

The Protesters are under the safety net of the military and the courts, police have been victims of sustained violence in anti-government areas, let the military investigate the attacks!

The Military will never admit to the perpetrators of the violence, that have come out of their ranks!

    Cheers

Can you please link to ANY report of past red shirt protests being attacked with guns / bombs?

If you want some look it up yourself!

Try Kwanchai attempted assassination, try February 1 (popcorn warrior) , try Phan Fah Bridge, if your interested check out 98 killed in 2010 crackdown.

  3. "Caretaker Deputy PM and Finance Minister Kittirat Na-Ranong, meanwhile, expressed concern that the political crisis might affect the economy."

Mr Kittirat, the economy has already been affected, almost fatally, by the billions of baht that have vanished out of treasury and State run organizations. Your government is technically bankrupt right now, without even considering the protests.

I would like any yellow to document the "What" billions of baht that disappeared for paying farmer's for their Rice,.

On September 7, 2013 130 billion baht was earmarked for the rice payments to the Farmers and approved by the cabinet. The Democrats called for a budget review that held up rice payment, then the Democrats resigned from the government in mass . PM Yingluck dissolved the house and called an election., as a caretaker government they do not have authority to pay the farmers with those earmarked funds.

As a result that money is still in the Thai budget "untouched". so kindly document your statement by Baht amounts, that disappeared to where?

    Cheers

I am merely an observer. I am neither red nor yellow

but I see, read, hear, experience.

The billions you refer to was PASSED BY GOVERNMENT TO PAY FARMERS and they also PASSED A BILL TO BORROW but alas.. There is no money because no,one will lend to the government so alas.. Big ideas small bank account and no bloody money

    Marcusd. Via tapatalk

The money is part of the 2013-2014 Thai budget , it was approved by the PTP and the Cabinet, the budget need to be approved by the house, the Democrat's asked for a budget review before the vote. They then resigned in mass before the Budget was approved, the money is not a loan, it is a part of the budget for the new fiscal year.

The money is still untouched, the loan that was requested to pay the farmers because the caretaker government do not have the approval to spent the earmarked money.

As the yellows have been quoting the billions that have "DISAPPEARED" I simply requested them to document their contention, how much disappeared? and from where those moneys disappeared from?

    Cheers

  4. Wouldn't it be easier for Witthaya Kaewparadai to grab them and hand them over to CMPO? The grenades thrown at police came from Sutheps side. Instead of moaning try working together to bring this violence to an end.

In one or two incidents they probably have come from Suthep's side.

Are what is becoming countless attacks against the PDRC positions more than something to not only moan about but be asking where are the police?

It is getting to the stage where PDRC could "grab them", but I think "grab them" will be with a gun battle on the streets of Bangkok. It is within the realms of possibility seeming PDRC can not rely on the police doing their basic job of investigating and bringing to justice those who are attacking the PDRC flanks. No surprise seeming the cops are in the Shinawatra's pockets as long as the money flow is on. The thing is on the verge of busting into a full on night of war if Suthep were to bring in the people to "grab them".

A sensible man who can also see that there are two sides involved. If either side goes over to the others area to apprehend those involved there will probably more violence. They need to work together Suthep needs to weed out those on his side and hand them in and the authorities need to weed out their rogue element and all need to face the judicial system.

yes I know that will never happen and the name calling and blame game will continue and people will be hurt and possibly more deaths.

To many "Questionable attacks" bombs blast occurring in isolated areas in the dead of night, usually no one hurt ,very minor damage. 7. Didnt Suthep just make s direct threat to the red shirts suggesting they may be shot at? And tjat "masked popcorn shooter" was from the Dems crowd. That was a direct threat from mr. HONORABLE Suthep.

Sent from my SM-N900 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

I agreed he made a direct threat of violence of being shot if they came to Bangkok, not only that he publicly acknowledge that his popcorn men where armed and dangerous, something the Thai court refused to understand,

This idiot reminds me more of Hitler every day, the same bad decisions But remember that old Mongolian saying, "You live by the gun, you will die by the gun"!

  8. No excuse for refusing a costumer based on the colour of his shirt, if what reds said is true(should be easy to determin from CCTV) off with the employees heads.

That's cute. It's the same as SC Hotel denying Luang Pu Buddha entry to the hotel even though he already made a booking eh? whistling.gif

Need you misrepresent everything, Buddha demanded 120,000 baht for being denied lodging the hotel paid it!

Red shirts asked for bank clarification, no answer.

Seems like Thaskin is fair-er to all people!

  9. How many other Democratic legal systems have ever taken a 21 day investigation of such a high profile government official , even if they felt that had the facts to convict. they cover every angle to assure a conviction, that not one stone was left unturned , a 21 day investigation after official charges were filed, if definitely a double standard, as they have been investigating Abhisit corruption case since 2011, DOUble standard , politically motivated!!

    Cheers

you really need to learn to read mate, the investigation has been been ongoing for over a year but then that doesnt suit your bias so you ignore that and quote yl's ditzy figures. The fact that yl and the ptp were so convinced they could do as they pleased, the corruption was on show for all to see from the start because they have no respect for the law the didnt care and thought themsleves untouchable, trouble is these people were working in the background gathering evidence the whole time. Now they are presenting it, all of the ptp/reds and their fan club are getting their noses out of joint because it shows the truth about them so they try to rubbish them, pity some people cant admit they are wrong but then what can we expect from the ptp/reds, they dont know how to be honest or would know the truth if it bit them on the bum.

I did not bother to read all your post, "pure rubbish", An official charge was filed 21 days before the announced decision. Why would the NACC be investigating Yingluck a year ago and not investigate the corruption charges against Abhisit that has (5) corruption charges pending since 2011. Clearly a case of Double standards!

BNC.. is this the popcorn guy from 1st February ?

    what do you think?

Looks like it to me, but my daughter is the faces expert, I'll ask her later. The guy behind, there's a much better shot than that I saw on Pantip. When I next find that I'll post it, it has him front faced, mask partially pulled down.

Where is the NSA when you need them?!

They've been busy spying on all of our holiday selfies, yet here is a paramilitary group, raised in the South of Thailand, brought into Bangkok, with its own Facebook page, the NSA has all the Facebook traffic for that, who is in the group, who gives them orders, international money transfers, the lot, and yet when you need them to blow the lid on this group of shooters, they're too busy spying on their own ex-girlfriends!

If Thailand has its phones tapped by the NSA as much as Indonesia, then they have all the phone calls, emails, SMS's, too, everything on their phones. Even, it seems, the ability to remotely turn on the mic and camera!

Look, AnonymousArmy Facebook lot, I assume you lot are here because I see lots of joiners talking the familiar language that I see in the Captains recruiting videos. Why not create a formal proper account here? State your case, make reasoned arguments not buzzwords and talking points and lets have a debate!

You would think any group named anonymous army on facebook would be being monitored, in fact im sure it is by someone, facebook is an intelligence services dream and you can bet its been noticed if only for where they are based and the violence in that region.

If they are indeed in bkk they are here with the full knowledge of the Thai army even if da man is using plausible deniability about personally knowing any details... if the Thai army arnt aware of anyone being here and who they are then they are incompetent at the very least and cannot claim to be upto the job of the nations national security.

My sentiments exactly, the military has ongoing intelligents on any and every group in the country, they know who these people are, if they fail to address the problem it is because these groups are present with the blessing of the military!

    Cheers

I already posted the video I mentioned! (you tube) (Camera catches attack on Bangkok cops CNN news) It is there today , do not ask for it again tomorrow!!

Kindly post your documentation where I ever said I saw the Grenade Thrower, there you go with your misrepresenting facts again! If you can not prove you posted contention, i will never respond personally to any of your misrepresentation, I may answer with a who ever it may concern post.

If you have any documentation that shows otherwise post it, now or is your version not documentable like everything else you post!

    Cheers

must ignore casual biker and the rest of the trolls. really. they'll just run to a teacher and cry about you when you prove them wrong.

The vids all out there and if people want to live in ignorance, let them.

If they want to know more, there is the internet available to them.

    Yes, correct!

Also on the video's there are posted on You tube Video's of immediately before the explosion and immediately after the explosion.

I have seen 3 versions of the grenade attack on the police, the one where the officer kicked the grenade, CNN filming from behind the police line and a video taken from the side maybe from a bystander! all on You tube!

    Thanks

  12. Well looks like they just got lied to again, right into their faces. And they still believe they're going to get paid by this government. I guess you can't blame the desperate for having hope. It's the same as buying a lottery ticket and hoping to strike it rich.

Nope. They were given a face saving way out of being used by Suthep.

The farmers have a legitimate gripe, but they realize that the government has done its utmost to get them their money. It doesn't take a genius to realize that Suthep has done everything he can to block their payment.

The rice farmers may not have much love for the government, but they are not about to help a group of thugs who ridicule them and that has the potential to hurt them more.

that was the game from the beginning by Suthep , blocking everything by any means so payments / elections and more can not go , just creating chaos hoping the military should step in and side him so he could save his nek from the murder case , actions from a desperate loony , but dangerous for his country and a shame for the word "democraty "

Watching him with his bodylanguage and mouth Thaksin start looking like an angel (wich he aint ..! )

Payments have not been made because the scheme is an utter failure.. No other reason.

There you go misrepresenting the facts again!

Why is there a run to withdraw money from the Banks, The rich Elites orders so the farmers not get paid, Why on the threads of Thailand news Suthep threatens any bank not to OK loans to pay the farmers!

In your little world you may believe what you want, but here in the real world open minds know different!

    Cheers

Happy to see that the vindictive persecution and misery of a man who exercised his right to freedom of speech and spoke out for the country he considers his own is giving you such pleasure.

    Find a mirror.

It's a shame he, as a foreigner, considered Thailand "his own" (according to you, anyway) when he quite clearly was making an incorrect assumption. Maybe he should have looked in a mirror before he joined the leaders of the protests.

A:Not according to me, according to him and his family. I'll take their view above yours any day.

B: Evidence he is a leader please.

C We all could use mirrors [yourself included]

D: My post was aimed at the unnecessary gloating at this mans misfortune, I don't find it funny at all.

Obviously in Thailand you do not needs evidence, as the court found the Protesters Peaceful and not armed,

Immigration law foreigners cannot actively participate in any actions aimed at the overthrow of the Thai government!

Don't let that door hit that Farang in the butt on the way out of Thailand!

    Gloating:

  15. So now she wants the antu graft to fire someone because they dont support the current gov. She wants every group within the gov to be a PTP member so she can do what she wants and now she wants the group that does the checks and balances to all be her supporters. Me thinks she worres that someone has some hidden fears about getting caught. Good that the anti graft committee ignored her requests to fire him.
