Sorry my lungs are not good, pond is 4 feet deep. Needs to be emptied, and cleaned weekly.

You don't need good lungs. It would be really unhygienic to suck up pond water lol

Simply sink a length of hose or tube into the water....submerge it so there is no air left in the tube, then put your thumb or a bung on one end and keep the other end in the water.

Lower the end below the water level outside you pond and then take you thumb off that end.  The water will then syphon out.

Why are you emptying it weekly?!

That must be a huge waste of water.

You should have a filter for a fancy koi / goldfish pond then the pond never needs emptying.

If its for food fish they are hardy and don't need a filter if the pond is big and natural (mud bottom).

I've never heard of anyone emptying a pond ever week. A pond gets a natural balance of bacteria that live in the silt and on aquatic plants, rocks etc.  Cleaning it will destroy this balance.

    No

The reason I know is that I often buy cooked eggs from a Kao Ka Moo vendor at the fresh market before they put the eggs into Kao Ka Moo. I eat the eggs together with Khanom Chin and the eggs are exactly like jak2002003 describes.

(The picture is from the internet, the eggs I buy and eat look exactly like in the picture)

Yes. They are not boiled eggs.

They may be duck eggs.... But I tried to soft boil eggs from my ducks and they trun out the same as chicken eggs.

These other eggs are almost like jelly.

Maybe you are right about them getting cooked very slowly.

  4. Those soft eggs that you get on the side of the Khaw Kaa Moo (slow cooked pork leg with rice).

They are a bit translucent and a bit like soft jelly texture...with the yolk thick.

I am going back to the UK soon and want to make them for myself.

It is not about the gay people, it is about you thinking to be special and have a say on Malaysia their decision as a country, that is woke.

No. We don't think we are special. Do you think it's 'special' to be jailed or persucuted for who you love?

Sex belongs in the bedroom, though not necessarily the closet. Why not leave it there and get on with your life?  Sexuality is a small part of who we are. Build an identity based on something other than sexual orientation and you won't be incessantly inflamed and offended.

My God man, there's so much more to life.

Because gay people can go to prison or be attacked or have no rights just for being themselves. It's not about the sex.  Someone could accuse you of being feminine or eyeing up a fit guy and then you are beaten up.

The majority of the world's straight population maybe don't want to get your rhetoric and propaganda rammed down their throats all the time.

Why don't you and the rest of your LBGXYZ etc crowd get on with your lives without lecturing and telling us, the majority, that we must support your minority set!

Because how can we 'get on with our lives' if we get put in prison, if we can't be with the person we fall in love with or marry them, and if we get attacked or persicuted because of who we are?

There are lots of pictures which people don't have on their clothes because it would be illegal, or it would annoy other people.

I.e. anybody visits temples in Thailand (and probably churches in other countries) they should wear decent clothes. Is that problem? No. Just do it or don't enter the building or country or whatever.

It is really not necessary that everyone shows some statements about their believes everywhere.

You think being gay is a 'belief'?

You think a rainbow coloured wrist band on a watch is a offensive symbol?

And people like you call others woke lol.

Yes, that's true, but they DEFINITELY do not consider themselves to be Christians. They're Satanists, that's why that word exists because otherwise Satanists as well as Christians would be just called Christians and that's clearly not the case!

I mean Satan and Christ are definitely not mutually exclusive and therefore if you believe in Satan you also have to believe in the existence of Christ, but that doesn't make you a Christian. Christians worship God and Satanists worship the devil. Big difference in my opinion!

You don't have to believe in jesus to be a satanist.

Also, it's Christian lies and propaganda against Satanists... They are not evil peolple killing babies and making blood sacrifices.

Christians just like to discriminate against other beliefs than their own.

I own 2 app in Cassia - have huge problems with management. They simply don't pay revenue. And im not alone. Preparing for the court. Dont believe in 6%

We have one condo in  Phuket as part of a hotel.  They basically conned us. We paid for it all including the furniture.

They started payments fine, but after a few months they stopped. They said they could not afford to pay us becasue of covid,  then floods, then low season, then staff off sick.. Etc etc..

After long battle with getting the ownership in our name (which never happened) despite the fact we have all the records of contracts and our payments to them...they finally agreed to buy it back from us to stop us taking them to court..

After a few very erratic payments and many missed ones each month  payments last year all payments stopped. They do not reply to email, calls, anything. Yet their hotel is full and doing well...and they are using our room to rent to holidaymakers.

We don't have enough money for the lawyer and are worried if we can actually trust a Thai lawyer. It's been so stressful over 3 years.

Now we seriously considering waking away from it.

????...........A lot safer than an expensive trip across the channel in a rubber boat.

But then, folk like you want these people to take UK taxpayers money, people like you want the UK gates to open up for this lot......????

Where as folk like you are happy for the government to take UK taxpayers money to spend on themselves.

Your kidding yourself if you thibk that the government cares about the general population in the slightest.

If the government stopped all immigration do you think they would then spend the saved money on the NHS and housing homeless people....or increasing peoples benefits?

These immigrants are not taking money away from the British population...the government is doing that.  Who were the ones to sell off the council houses and not build any new ones?  Who were the ones that have caused a huge increase in homelessness with 'care in the community', who are the ones that have cut or stopped benefits or stopped people claiming them by changing the rules?

These immigrants have been made the scapegoat to distract from the more serious issues going on in the UK at the moment.

Before they could blame their failings on Europe, now they can blame the immigrants.

I was happily working in the UK as CTO of a mobile technology company that had just purchased my one-man-band AI/mobile internet company. Their new office was in an unheated and damp basement that had been empty for years.

A few months after starting work in that office I developed a cough that got worse and worse until I was unable to hold a conversation without having explosive coughing fits.  This was suspected Aspergillosis (fungal spores in my lungs) that were present in the damp office air.

This is a chronic disease which can't be cured but can be managed with the right medication and living environment.  My doctor suggested that living in a hot and humid climate may well help to minimise my symptoms.  So I took a trip to Thailand and my coughing stopped!  I returned to the UK climate and my coughing came back with a vengeance.  I did several trips to/from Thailand and each time that I stayed in Thailand my symptoms were minimal and they always returned when I came back to the UK.

So I had to make the life-changing decision to move to Thailand (or a similar hot/humid climate).  At that time I had funds to start up a new business in Thailand, but my wife was having none of it.  Understandably, she was unwilling to move to Thailand with our 3 young kids who were well-settled in the village school.

So we agreed to separate and I moved to Thailand, but vowed to keep in touch with my kids.  Unfortunately, that takes 2 to tango and my wife (soon to be ex) cut me off from my kids and (according to my brother) told them that I had left her for a Thai women...)

I still send e-cards on their birthdays and at Xmas, but they never reply, even going so far as to block my email address on the e-card website ????.  My UK kids are now in their early twenties and I guess they will never know the truth about why their dad left them to live in Thailand.

It's more than 20 years since I left the UK. I have moved around a bit in south-east Asia and some locations had 'cool' climates which caused me problems. But in general, as long as I walk or jog 4-5 Km per day AND eat healthy food AND gargle with salt water AND take ani-histamine and anti-congestants - my lungs are great!!

You gave up you family and abindined your kids to move to Thailand because you had a cough?

Nothing to do with anything else?

    Disagree,

I've rented/bought many Asian ladies, and they were all better than the Brit lady that allegedly married me for love. The trick is, not to give them enough money up front, that they no longer need you.

You need to get over that British ex wife.  Nearly every post you make you mention her and how much she took you for.

Time to move on wuth your life.

In a very few new format stores. The reason they don't accept cash is that there are no tills, and there is nowhere to scan your purchases to pay. You just pick up what you want and walk out of the store with your items. Your bank card is automatically debited without needing to present it.

It's not new - Amazon Go already has stores like this.

Yes...and the beauty of it for the ships is when things are mispriced or offers don't go through properly...or your overcharged.....you have no way of knowing.

My point was that it is OBVIOUS they are fake if the are 300 baht when the normal price is 6000 baht. So don’t go buying them expecting them to be the same.
What I suggested was to buy on specifications rather than brand name, fake or otherwise.

OK. I see. Yes, that's good advice. ????????
