I quit smoking 4 years ago, couldn't sleep and was very nervous and angry all the time. Took 1mg Xanax, two tablets a day, sometimes during day cut them in half. After 2 months stopped taking them, and had no withdrawals at all, zero.

It has its place, and it really helps with anxiety. It also doesn't increase appetite to insane level, as some herbal meds do.

JT, maybe you don't let the cups sit long enough after you added water, for best results you really have to wait few minutes (difficult wait, I know), or maybe you forget to add the little baggy that has hot sauce in it, hot sauce is essential for full flavour

I feel very strongly about the need for police to patrol Beach Rd and maybe few other main tourist areas. There is zero police presence there, it is surprising street violence is as low as it is, but then again most theft and minor assaults probably go unreported.

Some patrols are done by Thai and Foreign volunteers but they can't be everywhere all the time.

Maybe they could try to be at one place, one time, that would be a start. Or even real police could try patrolling.. crazy, I know.

Some say addiction to benzos is hugely exaggerated. Some even say there is no such thing as addiction to benzos.

Many people experiencing panic attacks only find relief using benzos, since cannabis is illegal here. So what is better, life long suffering of panic attacks to the point where functioning in society becomes nearly impossible (person afraid to leave a house, unable to deal with people), or taking Diazepam, Lorazepam, or Alprazolam, and coping with life?

People often talk about addiction, they say how horrible it is, but hey never describe it.

However, after I stopped totally, the withdrawal was not pleasant. I would take one 50mg tramal every other day just for some relief from the withdrawal.

It is so strange to ruin the only place in town where people can walk. Beach road is the only nice place to walk here, it's not like we could move one street up and walk there, there is no other place like in Pataya.

Pattaya isnt car friendly, but it is even worse for people who like to walk. So even if the new car lane will ease traffic, that is not good enough reason to wreck the boulevard. Pattaya is not LA, it is not supposed to be city of highways, where cars have priority. Good city planning should be about more walk ways, cars should be parked at city limits and people should walk, or take baht bus, public transport.

If cars take priority in beach town, then why not ease the traffic even further, put the pavement on the sand and do away with beach. I mean we could fit maybe 7 lanes there.

To all drivers, why not move to town and have less need for car? If you dont do that, and live outside Pattaya and need to drive everywhere you go, at least please dont cheer when our only boulevard is wrecked.

I wish I could agree with this and I tried to. But I compared the pictures of plasma vs LEDs just today and the LEDs looked sharper and brighter. I looked at both LG and Panasonic plasmas.

I think people wanting to buy should compare for themselves.

lcd using LED have contrast jacked up to max, on the first glance the bright image seems more attractive than 'boring' image of Plasma display, but plasma display is more accurate than than any current lcd. Especially in show rooms, where room light is very very bright, much brighter than in normal living room in your home. in very brightly lit rooms LED lcd has advantage, say in airports. When watching movie at home, Plasma is far more film like than lcd.

So if for example i'm just watching things of a had drive it's better to save a few pennies and buy Plasma?

what else could you have done than walk away and get wound looked after as fast as possible. Yell at the driver, raise a drama and get 500 baht? 1000 at the most? Put up an act and try to make it look like you are dying, and only 10 000 baht can save your life, a common strategy here? Not worth it.

Russian tourists often do not speak English, so it is a good thing they have a place to help them out with legal issues, or even daily problems when language barrier prevents them sort things out on their own. Since there is huge number of Russians visiting Pattaya, isn't it a good thing to have an organization to help them out?

Must be a mistake in reporting, there's no way this was a Chinese tour group. Except brief run through Mike Shopping Mall, Chinese groups never get off the bus.
