I did see that wine Schlog, but it wasn't on "special" but I did find 2 others that were and were very nice indeed: I Muri Primitivo and Negroamaro were on 50% discount and both are lovely with the Negroamaro being my favourite.
Deep purple colour, with a nose of black fruits and not dry, but a big wine with a nice finish.
Thanks xylo. Didn't saw that I Muri discount. Had only eyes for that Vigneti lol. So i need to go to big c today again to get some I Muri which i also like.
I'm by far no wine pro like you xylo but that well balanced earthy note in that Vigneti made it for me a good wine. Normaly i'm no friend of earthy, smokey and peaty. Catch a bottle on your next big c visit xylo before i will buy all.

I wonder what would happen if i showed up after 5 weeks when my Medical, and possibly also RC would have expired? Told to renew paperwork and get another appointment? And its not like you can go make an appointment and then get the paperwork. All needs to be ready to even get the appointment slip.
No problem at all. Medical and RC are still valid. I had 6 weeks.

Found at big c a nice wine from puglia. Nero di troia from Vigneti di Vulture.
Blackberry blueberry chocolate taste. Earthy but not to strong.
Has a long lasting finish.
Really enjoyed that wine.

This over the top obsession with alcohol ban and friends not allowed home (unless married I guess ! ...lol ????) makes me think the Phuket island is heading for a Muslim Khalifa state...! , what next , ban boys and girls holding hands - oh, maybe it is already...????
Somebody please convince us with common sense and logic that from Monday friends can go to the gym together, go out to exercise, go to malls, go to restaurant and eat together, and as already possible go the beach and all the other business venues that will open , will be less spreading the virus than say if they go to each other's house or have a drink with their food...!!!!? (btw, not everyone drinks until pass out or have large orgies - that is just in the sick minds of those putting these rules...!!!)
As far as I can see they are petty characters put in charge here who are just generally envious of people having a good time and want to control them, typical of opressing regimes you can see all around the world..., abuse of power with silly rules.
Ah, also tell us how the above is more applied to farangs than Thais such that we are bombarded with this particular two reminders .... Thais don't drink or visit friends and if so are at less risk...! ? ????
It's only madness and not about muslim lol.
Phunphon open in full swing but dinner with a friend at home not allowed. ????

I would go to soidog in maikhao. They have a impressive clinic for dogs. Have a chat with them maybe they could help.

On a separate, but related note, today I went to Wine Pro to have a look at what was on offer and was quite impressed with their selection and the prices, so I bought eight bottles of varying red wines to try.
I shall keep a note of the ones I like and stock up as needs be. Good store and very helpful staff.
I also really like winepro and need to go again. Would be great xylo if you could name your top 3 red wines from winepro after your testing.
