    Hmmmm…. Not easy in any country of the world. Once police make a decision that basically is it, right or wrong. We have had several examples in Australia. The police have a lot more power than any individual, and power is what this will be all about.

    hmmm... basically it goes like this in Thailand, If someone believes they are a tradesperson, then they ARE a tradesperson. Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary this belief will persist(as you have found out). eg : whats black and charred and hangs from the ceiling, Answer: a thai electrician.

    yes to my knowledge suicide usually invalidates life insurance. If it didnt we would have a flourishing suicide rate/business of depressed people suicides and insurance claims

    ......hmmmm.... this isnt a dilemma. This is simple commonsense(which isnt that common these days i might add). Is she worth 1 million baht? if not dont pay it to the greedy grasping parents. If she is then let the buyer beware( for all the reasons outlined by others)
