You don't have to be stupid to do stupid things. Haven't you ever done something stupid yourself and though, "what a stupid thing to do"?

I have - everyone has. It doesn't mean we are stupid.

Only stupid people think like that!

Well, maybe if he was drugged, there is some faint excuse. However, bringing in a streetwalker and leaving your valuables about is stupid. I doubt everyone has done that.

This little girl now has two psychological loads to bare.

    1) the trauma of being repeatedly raped at such a tender age.

    2) the knowledge that she (justifiably) killed someone.

Best wishes for her physical and mental well being.

How about the trauma of being charged for his death

I was a neighbor to an US Air Force guy & his bargirl Thai wive, they were married all of 3 months.........he was writing a letter to his parents and she thought he was writing to a former girlfriend, she went beserk (I saw this from my porch, his & mine were opposite each other)  she came out screaming  "Who you writing letter to, girlfriend???, and she slammed the knife thru his hand, and right thru the wooden table.  She grabbed her purse, and ran out the back, I ran over, kept telling him not to move, he was bleeding like crazy - I gently pulled his hand with the knife still in it out of the table, wrapped in it a t-shirt and took him to Uthapao base hospital....USAF sent him back to the the Phillipines...........as far as I know, he never came back and she was so sweet with him before that, kissy huggy, hand feeding him fruit etc tc etc.

I have said before, all Thai Women are born with spiders in their brains, every once in a while, the spider wakes up and bites a place that drives them bonkers and the "Real Thai Woman" comes out................that can be a scary moment.

Yeah, and I knew a guy in Iran married to an American. He used to show up at work with bruises on his face, black eyes, split lips, once a broken tooth. He would always say he was a clumsy drunk and had fallen against something.  He wound-up dead after being stabbed to death by his wife. Come to find out, she had been beating him up all along. The reason; a US Air Force guy's Thai wife.

  4. Years ago I had a Japanese girlfriend from Obihiro, Hokaido. Her father was a Tokachi Wagyu cattle breeder. He fixed me a fillet of the finest Black beef; he prepared the habachi to a white hot, slapped the 5 cm thick chunk of wagyu on the grill and cooked it for a few seconds on either side. I won't tell you I could cut it with a fork, but I could with a butter knife. The first bite fairly melted in my mouth and spoiled me for any other steak the rest of my life--this was 1967. I have had the best of steaks wherever I lived or visited--including North and South America, Europe, Asia and several places here in Thailand over the last ten years. I went back to Obihiro about ten years ago--the cattle farm was a government complex and I had lost contact with the girl years before that. I tried the local wagyu, it was excellent. However, nothing is as good as it once was.

And straight man do not sleep with another man????

Though gay man in denial would very much be in love with someone who looks like a woman but has the hardware of a man

So, let's follow your logic a little further. If a gay man could overcome the exterior appearances for the hardware he wanted; could a strait man overcome only a third of the hardware for the exterior appearances he wanted?

Sorry you said 'the gullible have had it tough' right ?

    Yeah that's a lot different isn't it !

Yeah, that is a statement of belief--I think the gullible have had it tough, they get taken too often.

However, the word "gullible" was from the poster to whom I responded, check it and see.

  7. A group of friends were in the PI for a bit of I&I. We decided to go on a road trip. One of the guys picked-up a dancer from a bar for the trip. She was long-legged and very attractive. After a couple of days, one of the other girls told me that this girl was a ladyboy. I asked my friend about it. He said, absolutely not. She is just saving herself for her husband, but that two out of the three were great. I asked him to check her femininity and see. The next morning, when I went down to the pool for breakfast; he was there alone. He said she had gone home early that morning and would not be back. I still enjoy rattling his tree about that.

So, I guess it is possible that our would-be Viking did not know.

I have seen a sex change operation... The result can be very convincing

Yes, I agree. However, the first I saw was in Japan over 50 years ago; it was hardly convincing, looked more like an ashtray. However, the last I saw is a girlie-bar owner here in Thailand; it was quite convincing. "She" is a very attractive ladyboy; well, more lady than boy, now.

Some good points, however I dislike how controlling it is.

I also have concerns about misuse.

When my granddaughter was in P6 her school got a new Thai IT teacher. The first thing she did was teach all the kids how to join facebook, all with fake birthdays because P6 kids way too young to join / for their real birthdays to be accepted to join.

Within 24 hours several of the kids (girls and boys) received posts asking 'can I buy you an ice-cream', 'can you come to Big C to meet me after school', etc.

Many kids in their naivety showed their parents, and many parents went quickly to the school and complained.

Headmistress instructed the IT teacher to cancel all the membership immediately and with a deadline time for them all to be deleted.  IT teacher was adamant she did nothing wrong.

The parents demanded that the headmistress issue an instruction to all teachers that they must never do anything like this again.

Another example, I worked with a Thai lady about 30 years old, she posted everything on her facebook page, including a scan of the chanut for her condo with full address, plus photos of the keypad at the front door of her condo building and the keycode, photos of her car and the blue book, her passport and Thai ID card, and more.

Plus she posted every personal activity, e.g. 'I'm leaving the office in 2 minutes, should be at my condo room about 625 pm.

Her work colleagues pleaded with her to remove all the photos, personal documents etc. She just laughed.

Eventually she got home one evening pressed the code number on the lock for her condo door, and instantly a man quickly appeared from around the corner, pushed her into her room, molested her, stole her bag and car keys, and some gold and fled.

He was caught a few hours later. The police pushed her to remove all the photos, info., etc., from her f/book account, she refused because she wanted her friends to know her details.

Gee, did you read what I said? " However, you should avoid being gullible and providing personal information. And, that is difficult to do. "

You claim only the gullible would get sucked in and finish by saying it’s difficult to stay safe ?  Which is it ?

Can you read? I did not say "only the gullible" and it is difficult to stay safe when anything you enter is captured and analyzed.

Rarely about sex I'm told by several of the female part.

It is all about 'looking after' (i.e. hugs and money) and most of the females in those relationships would go with whatever sex offered them those things and many, of course, are broken hearted by some mean chappie and the Tom offers solace etc.

Apparently, we do not talk to the same women; or maybe the women don't confide in one of us.

The sheer amount of scam posts that proliferate on FB is scary.  Things like kickstarter pages that try to sucker you in to funding free energy devices, detox scams, crystal healing woo and the list goes on and on.  While I recognize these are scams, I fear for those who are so gullible that they might be mislead by such garbage.

The gullible have always had a rough go at it. FB is not the cause of that, it may simply provide another vehicle to reach them. I think fb and other social media provide a needed service--it is good to be able to keep in touch with loved ones, relatives and friends.  However, you should avoid being gullible and providing personal information. And, that is difficult to do.

it's a PR lie. no thai woman under 40 will pay for erotic massage. it is

against all thai female logic and power structure.

thai woman - under 45 YO, can find sex everywhere ANYTIME, unless

they suffer some extremely peculiar disorder /   skin desease.

Why is it so many young good-looking Thai girls hang-out with their butch Toms? I believe that oral sex, with its pleasures and none of the potential ramifications of intercourse, is a strong possibility.

  14. I am concerned that the visa services which provide the B800k seasoned money for you for a fee are being sorted out of the equation.

Those services which simply handle the paperwork for you, but you still must meet the B800k financial goals required seem to be more costly than it is worth. You may need their help for your first extension, but when you have the correct paperwork and can produce the B800k; what is the need for them?

Of course, I have heard the horror stories of the hours or days of wait at the CM IO just to get the extension; if that is true and the visa services obviate the need for you to be there waiting; it may be worth it.

Now, if the visa services offer a pension guarantee certification process that Thai IO will accept, it may also be a different story.

What are the perceived benefits you see for using the service?

This sounds like one of those "how to be successful with women" instructional books I read as a teenager in the 80's. Love it.

Well, sometimes you do have to go back to basics. Communication certainly helps, especially with women.
