Transport bolts fix the drum to the casing for transit, removing the bolts allow the drum to have free movement on its suspension legs or springs. We have a Beko and it dances out of place due to it being a cheap machine & only has suspension springs

What i would do is purchase 6 inch plastic water pipe cut to the height you want the fence.Drill holes where you want the wire to go through . insert rod bigger than the fence wire. slide the pipe over the fence post fill with concrete, after a few hours remove the rods so you now have holes for the fence wire leave the plastic pipe in place & then paint, it gives the post a good solid look. in the photo is 6 inch pipe filled with concrete

Had a delivery I was expecting Saturday from Lazada by Flash, Monday same driver arrives "no phone call or text" with a medium sized box with part of my postcode written in felt tipped pen, the way he handled the box there was sod all inside. I have a desktop running windows 10, every update they say your PC is compatible to install windows 11. I decline I also have a mini PC behind the TV that came with windows 11 pro & I can honestly say I don't like it. If there was nothing else I would get by with it.
