What is called here a top class international school is in many other countries simply called a private school.

In the old days, if you didn't pass the 11+ exam to enter your local grammar school, you would (if your family could afford it) be sent to a private school. The move down to "private-school level" would also signal in the English class system a move to the lower middle class, as opposed to the real middle class (and above) who went to a Public School.

Am I am seeing this right, just one bottle? Just one bottle and the pensioner is claiming "throwing rubbish such as beer bottles, liquor bottles and other debris into the victim’s property". Is this the best evidence the pensioner could come up with???? Based on the pensioner's nationality it looks more like liquor he would drink as opposed to his neighbours. Noticed how nicely the liquor bottle was thrown into his property and landed right side up for the perfect photo (smile).

I think the cops should let the 85 year-old friend got throw all the boxes back onto the British guys property I think the police should give him a strong warning saying if there’s any more problems the British guy be deported back to England where his life would not be so comfortable I’m sure the French guy came here he wants to live out his last year’s in peace and quiet and relax he shouldn’t feel threatened that’s a bunch of bull<deleted> in the bridge gotta go over there with four young guys come on TIT

From the photos, it hardly seems like there has been much rubbish thrown into the property. That garden looks spotless. A single bottle is still a single bottle, no matter how many different photos you take of it.

I also think the Brit deserves a bottle throwing prize for being able to throw bottles and have them land upright and not break.

One has to wonder why the low life neighbors needs to be accompanied by around four young men in order to discuss his behaviour with an 85 year old pensioner.

Perhaps the pensioner has a penchant for Vivaldi and for him it is not loud?

It was quite easy to resolve. Play plod a monthly fee and they will put a red box outside the house and plod will visit everyday.

With the amount of thumbs down to some of the what are obviously humorous comments, it would seem that humour is now not understood, and being offended has taken over. I feel sorry for our French friend, and I hope he gets the problem sorted out. The usual Thai Police way of solving this situation is what I suggested earlier. 'Come on. Sit down. Have a nice cuppa tea or a glass of wine and let's make friends. Keep the noise down and keep your rubbish to yourself'. 85 year olds don't want to be kept awake by people enjoying themselves. I know. I'm 92.

So, an elderly man is hassled by a neighbour and his mates. Not all neighbours get on of course. But hey, if you were 85, or your Dad, and had to put up with threatening neighbours, would you all still be laughing it off ?

They do learn a lot more English though. The prime consideration for sending my kid to an international school.

A secondary consideration was the mumbo jumbo superstitious nonsense taught at Thai schools and a third consideration was the fact that Thai education is so Thai centric with little or no attention paid to the world outside the country.

My daughters intellectual ability wasn’t a consideration at all.

IB, IGCSE/A levels which are recognized by good Universities globally.
