Thai teenage performer Rattikan Amloy, better known as Nene Royal or Nong Praew, is due to compete in the final of America's Got Talent 2026 in the United States.
The 16-year-old artist from Phuket, will take to the stage at 7am Thailand time on Wednesday, September 23. . The winner of this year's competition is expected to be decided shortly afterwards.
A demanding route to the final
Nene Royal has reportedly prepared intensively for the deciding round, spending about four hours a day rehearsing singing, guitar playing and stage performance.
Her run on America's Got Talent has already won the attention of judges and viewers. She made an impression with her performance of Zombie, then received a Golden Buzzer in the quarter-final for Black Hole Sun, taking her through to the final.
She has said her aim is to deliver her best performance in what is a major competition for the young Thai artist.
The performance has prompted calls for people across Thailand to support the country's sole representative in the competition. Nene Royal's appearance has been described as a moment of pride for Thai talent appearing on an international stage.
