A few days ago I was looking for an item, but when I clicked on the reviews there was a message, we HIDE some of the reviews, and if you want to see them you have to send us a request.

So I sent them a request, and I got the following reply.

Well in my opinion, if you don't want potential customers to see the NEGATIVE reviews, because that were the ones I couldn't view, then you obviously have to hide something.

Time to take a wide berth around Amazon

Not sure what you mean.

I just did a search on a product and the products with best reviews appear first.

Then when I scroll down, they show the 4 star and the 3 1/2 star.

So you can take a quick glance at the overall rating to see which are the highest rated products.

Do you understand the difference between ratings and customer reviews?

Do you want to claim that the email I posted is fake?
