Do I need to add a broker in my paperless customs for my shipment ?

Hello,

 

I order for 5 million baht of processing units from China and they will be sent by FEDEX in one week. The recipient is my thai company.

 

I have a paperless number, registered VAT and thai director.

 

Do I need to add a broker in my paperless ? What FEDEX is going to ask when the shipment arrives ?

 

I already called them and they don't know, they said without a tracking number they can't tell me.

 

I would like to be ready.
