90 day report.

Featured Replies

I came back to Thailand july this year.I have done this before .I have an extension visa for retirement.

I used my entry at the airport as my 90 day report.I had no problem in the past.

have been informed that this cannot be done now and I must report to immigration as well.Does anyone know if this is fact?

Thanks all ,in advance ,for any response.P.414

Your report is not due until 90 days from the date you entered the country.

I assume somebody may be referring to a TM30 report by the owner of your residence. That is not required by all immigration offices after you enter the country.

If you've just been given this information by a local, it's probably 'bar stool' talk.

Your next 90 day report is due 90 days from re-entering the Country. Day of entry is count 1.

Some Immigration offices require you complete and submit a TM30 after re-entering, within 24 hours of arriving at your registered residence. That is what your informant may have been referring to.

To late to worry about it now. Wait till you do your next 90 day report, if they don't mention it, don't you.

Worst case scenario is a small fine.
