I received my 1st wp in October 2016. I need to renew it this October. From what I remember I was not eligible for the two-year work permit at the time. I'm curious as to what I need for renewal normally, and what is the additional requirements to get the 2-year work permit, or is it just extra money?

Whether you can get a 2 year work permit depends upon the company you are working for and the length of your contract with them.

It is the same requirements for 2nd work permit application as the first one.
