I sent my 90 report in on 4 September using registered mail and included a return envelope via registered mail and have not gotten a new form back.  Usually it only takes a few days to get back so I want to call to see what the status is but I can't find a number.  Anyone know where to call and is anyone else having delays getting their 90 day reports sent back by mail?

I sent mine in on the 5th and they received it on the 6th, if it does not come saturday 

i will have to go and see them on Monday,first time it as been delayed like this.

Is there a phone number you called to find out they got it on the 6th?

He will have checked Thai Post online to confirm they received it, that is why you register/EMS out.

Wife's took 10 days to receive back a couple of weeks ago, 3baht return envelope.

I also mailed 90 day on Sept.4 ( ems both ways ) and has not been returned. Usually only a matter of a few days.

So this looks like it isn't an isolated problem.  I'll give them a call Monday and try to find out what's going on and why they aren't processing these forms and sending them back. 

I had to go to the Airport this morning to collect my daughter,so I

thought I would call into Immigration,to find out what has happened

to my 90 day report.

 

I parked in the massage place over the road,and there were 2 Immigration

officers,getting in their car,so I asked them about the delay in returning the

 

90 day reports,they said they are no longer done there,but send letters to

that address and they are taken to Promenade to be processed,maybe that

is what's causing delay,so i will just wait a little longer and see what happens,

i know they received my report,   P.S. They said if you need to check about your delayed report go to room 5 at Promenade .

I didn't see this thread earlier but am in the same boat and opened another topic.

 

I also sent mine on 05/09 and it was received on 06/09 but I have not received the new date either.  I checked the tracking on my return envelope and it only shows "item not found".

 

I'll give it some more time.....obviously there is a backlog.

Called the post office today and they confirmed immigration got my report I sent via registered mail on 5 Sep.  No telling how many sent their reports by mail and are in the same boat. 

 

Still no excuse for any long delay getting the new reporting dates sent back even if everything has been moved to Promenade.  Knowing they have my report and I've got proof they got it in time I'm just going to hold tight for the time being and hopefully they will get to it before the end of the month. 

The phone # for room 5 that deals with 90 day report problems is 053-142787 ex. 12

Mine showed up 30 minutes ago; posted yesterday.

I did my 90 day report online on Saturday the 9th and had no reply by the 15th, it was showing as 'Pending'

I then decided to do another.

I'm still waiting for a reply, both are 'Pending'.

Any body had any issues like this with the 90 online systems?

I tried to do it online too,everything entered Ok,checked later and said Pending,

checked the next day,still pending, then by chance I clicked the entry next to 

it ,I think it was something about passport,and it said REJECTED,so click the

other entry,if I had not done that I would still be waiting on PENDING,no explanation

as to why rejected either

Just checked when I came back in tonight.

Approved!

 

Got my new report date back this morning.  There was no notice to stop mailing in the report or a new address to use  so I guess I'll just mail it to the same place in 3 months.
