snoop1130 Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 Chiang Mai man arrested with 159,220 meth pills By The Nation Interior Ministry officials have arrested a man in Chiang Mai’s Mae Taeng district after finding 159,220 methamphetamine pills hidden in one of his houses. Chiang Mai deputy governor Putthipong Sirimart held a press conference on Friday to announce the arrest of Somrak Laosi, 21. Putthipong said the province’s anti-drugs centre and Mae Taeng officials arrested Putthipong at his house on Thursday after they received tip-offs that he has been selling drugs in the area. The officials did not find the drug in Somrak’s main house, but discovered the methamphetamines when they searched another building in the middle of his longan orchard. The man claimed he was just hired to keep the drugs for other traffickers.
