Two years visa and work permit

Featured Replies

Would like to know how these Burmese can get visa and work permits for two years and they don't have to pay any tax they don't even have to go to immigration for extension the permits which are allowed to work as labourers are used as tailors or restaurants staff but no body bother to check these guys which even own businesses at MBK or at many touristy places immigration and labour office should notice this irregularities

why do you think they have a visa or work permit?

They can get non-la visas and work permits as migrant laborers valid for 2 years. Same for those from Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.

I doubt the ones you mentioned are owners of the business. Working as a tailor would fall under the rules for laborers.
