October 2, 20178 yr I've called the Irish Embassy in Bangkok for over a week now and all I get is the answering machine (the tax payers in Ireland will all be delighted to know that these over paid diplomats are working for their money). I'm applying for a passport for my new-born child and one of the documents that I have to submit with the application is an "FBR" certificate. Does anybody here know what that is? Where do I get it? I already have his Thai birth certificate, so that can't be what they are looking for. Thanks in advance. Edited October 2, 20178 yr by djayz
