I read "The notification must be made within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires."

 

So if I have to notify on the 15th, I can notify from the 1st to the 22th?

 

Or is it from the 1st to the 8th only?

 

Am I crazy or their sentence means the first option?

You can report 15 days before or 7 days after your report date.

I always mail my 90 day report in 15 days before its due,would not take

the risk of doing it after due date ,don't want to give them any excuse

to fine me.

Because you did not mention 'online' reporting in your OP.

BTW...just did a successful online report....came back approved in 1 day. Used IE add-on for Chrome. works great.

The example given online seems perfectly clear, for online 90 day reporting you can do up to 15 days early, but it must be done at least 7 days before the report date, so you have a 8 day window, starting 15 days before the report is due.
