Stuck on Step 1 for 90 days online notification

Featured Replies

Hello,

After filling in the first page (Step 1), I get an error message, screenshot attached to this message. It's for 90 days online notification.

How would you fix that?

Thanks

Are you reporting within the window allowed, ie. max of 15 days prior the due date and must be completed no less than 7 days prior to the due date, so there is only a 8 day window.

Never tried this myself, but have been told by others that this message comes up if you are not in that window.

Just a thought.

That means you record could not be found.

If your last entry was prior to 2013 you will not have a record or if you have gotten a new passport since your last entry.

It can also be an error in the info you entered in the required fields marked with a *. It is best to only complete those fields.

A common error is not using the drop down menu for your nationality.

That message can also can come up when the system cannot access the database. In that case you should try later.

Maybe you find an answer in this checklist?

You are right I guess :)

I didn't mention it to see if it could really be the problem.

So the system checks their records from my passport number or arrival card number I guess. My name is odd.

The date mentioned on the paper in my passport is November 5th.

So I should try and access the website on October 22th?

BUT:

Let's say it will not work.

A few questions come to mind;

1. Will I still be able to do it through the postal services, postal mail, EMS, in time?

2. Should I send the copies to Bangkok OR to Sri Racha

3. Can I send only copies and keep every originals? Including only copies of the last slip I got while they put my 11 months extension? (the slip where is written "05/11/2017")

4. How to find the exact address for Sri Racha office?

Thank you very much for your answers :)

Alex
