Confusion about TM30 in Chonburi after re-entry

Featured Replies

After re-entry from abroad.  For retiree, can this be filed online by the hotel or condo office where staying upon re-entry, or does the applicant have to physically go in person each time.

If there are 10 foreign trips within a month, does this mean 10 trips to immigration.? What if arrive late Friday night and depart Sunday morning?  It would be impossible to report.  Woud this mean a fine next time?

Sorry but very confused about this.

The Tm 30 has nothing to do with you

It is the responsibility of the owner of the place you will be staying ( they will be fined )

So it 's the old story if you happen to have a problem somewhere, just say it's up to owner

& as you mentioned the weekend they obviosly wont know because can only do on the following Monday

555 immigration will see it as your fault for not reporting as posseser you can do the TM30 and i have read jontiem are one of the immigration offices demanding a new TM 30 on every entry.

If you dtay in a hotel or guest house no problem they will do it. Condo i very much doubt theybwill do it.

As for coming in on sat and leaving sunday i wouldnt bother personaly.

Yes of your own condo & why would the Condo office have anything to do with it (unless he is paying it off ) as he should have the books

Or a rented condo or a house its been documented so many times on here. Immigration go for you as your there easy pray. So just as easy to do it yourself end of problems

Yes, unless/until the office-personnel tell you not to do it any more (which at least one frequent-traveler reported)

I would report the next day they are open when you are here.  Your travel-tickets should be able to prove it was impossible to report on that occasion.

Hotel will do it (or not), and not your problem.  I'd keep hotel-receipts, just in case they don't do it, so you can explain any delay-time between your TM-6 enter date and the date you report.

I haven't had either of 2 condo offices doing it - have to do it myself - though the Juristic Person does provide a "he lives here" letter to use for the purpose.
