I worked at Thailand and already get non immigrant B visa at Thailand. So , let me know that Can I apply the re entry permit before one year visa. I am now during the 90 days non immigrant visa and my valid date is November 25 of 2017.  Can I get re entry permit within 90 days non immigrant B visa .

As you can see I edited your post.

You can get a re-entry permit that will keep the remainder of your 90 day entry valid when you enter the country. You will be stamped into the country until November 25th.

To keep your single entry alive if you need to leave Thailand between now and the 25th November, then you need a re-entry permit, if you depart without, the non-b visa is dead, as it is a single entry visa.

A re-entry permit will not extend the visit, it will just allow you to depart and return again, upon return you would be given permission to stay until 25th November.

If you arrive after this date you will need a new visa if continuing to work.
