90 day non o - parent extend able to 60 more days

Featured Replies

Hi chaps

Can I kindly confirm that if I have a non o visa which entitles me to 90 days in thailand. This can be extended within thailand for an additional 60 days at any major immigration city in most major cities in thailand?

If the above is correct then this is step 1 for me and after that I'm going for 1 year EOS as a parent.

As parent I think not but marriage yes - I know it's somewhere on this forum

Yes, you can extend by 60 days as married or have Thai child.

Wife or child must accompany you to immigration.

Bring ID /birth certificate and the house book for wife/child.

Day 1 of the 60 would be day 91 regardless of how early you apply. You should be able to apply anytime within the last couple of weeks of the 90 days. It's best to apply as early as possible.

THanks.  Appreciated.
