Need help in filling Thai Visa form.

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I and my wife are planning to visit Thailand for tourism purpose. So we are trying to fill VFS application forms to obtain Thai visa. We have the following questions.

1. We are planning to enter Thailand from Cambodia border at Aranyaprathet. And we plan to take bus from Siem Reap to the border by local bus. So what should we fill in  "Travelling by" and "Flight No. or Vessel’s name" column details? (We have a confirmed ticket from Bangkok to India though)
2. What should we fill in "Name and Address of Local Guarantor "? Is it our local India address Guarantor?
3. What should we fill in "Name and Address of Guarantor in Thailand"? We don't have anyone we know in Thailand. We are going for tourist purposes.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks
Aditya

1. You could put the flight number for your flight to Cambodia. What you put on the application is not that important. The supporting documents you attach to it are more important. They ask for flights into and out of Thailand but you should be able to show your tickets to Cambodia and with an explanation you will traveling overland to here. List is here: http://www.vfs-thailand.co.in/Delhi/tourist.html

2. You can put self for guarantor since you have to show financial proof with the application.

3. You can normally leave that blank.
