They probably thought that it was money for old rope, paid large amounts to buy the licence, did not complete due diligence, screwed it up and now want the government to bail them out. As my Mum used to say, You made your bed, now lie in it.

October 19, 20178 yr In an age of internet and free TV, these genius couldn't foresee that expecting a mostly poor population to pay premium prices for low grade TV wouldn't work out. You invested lazily, ignorantly and arrogantly, and now you want someone to bail you out? No chance.
