Anyone have the up to date information on the above visa in Savanakhet? I remember it was dead easy when I went about 3 or 4 years back. Can anyone advise? Is it still a next day service? geordie Posted October 20, 2017 Share Posted October 20, 2017 I was there on the 12th of September, no problems at all. I was not asked to show money in the bank. Only paperwork i showed was wifes ID copy, blue book copy and marriage certificate copy. They did ask to see the original marriage certificate which i had. Consulate opens 9am until 11am for applications and pick up next day 2pm until 4pm The only holidays in December i know of is the 5th.
