1. Can I get a multiple entry at this consulate?  

2. What supporting documents are required?

This is based on marriage to a Thai national.

I received my Non O at HCMC this year. Very straightforward and don't forget $200USD.

Requesting you be issued the visa and confirming your marriage. Nothing fancy just a few words in Thai.

Can someone get in the Ho Chi Minh Consulate multiple Non O
based only on having a Thai child without marriage ???

Perhaps a single entry non-o. I don't recall any reports of them doing a multiple entry visa based upon based upon being the parent of a Thai.
