Singapore - Visa Application Non-B and Non-O

Couldn't find updated info so posting this here to help others. Sorry if this was previously posted.

Recently got a new job, had to exit and process new visa. Non-B for me, Non-O for the family. We decided to go to Singapore and apply. Apparently there is a new system to apply for visas at https://www.thaiembassy.sg/announcements/electronic-visa-application

As long as all required documents are submitted, everything is easy. We submitted everything online from Thailand, departed to Singapore, then visited the embassy with the original documents and the printed completed application form (per the instructions). Pick up was easy the next afternoon.

One electronic application is needed per person and you can select which visa type you are applying for. Originally I had failed to upload employee documents under my children's application, and the embassy sent a message to me saying I had another opportunity to resubmit the forms before I had to restart the application process. The online system indicates whether the applications are pending review, have been accepted, rejected, or whether you can now proceed to the embassy and submit the original documents and payment (see attached pic). Fairly easy except that there is a 5MB size limit per upload which was the only frustrating part. Also, since I uploaded passport sized pictures to the application, there was no need to include the actual pictures in person. I can use those pictures towards something more useful

I should mention that at the actual embassy, there was a sign at the guardhouse that says they only accept electronic applications.
