Is separate registration for each member of household required, or does this all go on one form which shows all residents at a location?

Only one TM30 form would be needed. Page 2 of the form has spaces for all foreigners staying at the residence.

The front of the form is for the 'housemaster' to complete with THEIR details - only the number of 'aliens' in residence is required. Nowhere is there space for names of 'aliens', the front just asks for the number of them.

 

On the reverse of the form is space for the listing of up to 18 'aliens'. 

 

So one form for all 'aliens' at an address.

Not really the reverse of form. It has to be printed on a 2nd sheet or part of it it will be lost when they take the receipt on page 1 off.

For more than 18 another page 2 could be added to it (the are not numbered as 1 and 2).
