ubonjoe Posted November 1, 2017 Share Posted November 1, 2017 You cannot change non immigrant visa categories but you can apply for a extension based upon working with a non-o dependent upon what it was based upon when it was issued. If it was issued based upon marriage or having a Thai child it will certainly not be a problem.
