Hello, me and my Filipina girlfriend which have a history of 1 exempt visa by air, plus 1 TR visa extented  to 90 days previously, we would like extend our stay by 30 days at the border of friendship bridge at Nong Khai without stay overnight, is that possible ? Or the IO may tell us is so early come back and we should apply visa or enter on the next day ?

 

Or there is no worries as we did not use any of the 2 land border visa exempt crossing

You shouldn't have a problem with a visa exempt exempt entry. You don't need to stay out overnight and doing so won't make a difference.

 

It's good that this will be the first land entry, but you should always have a plan b. You have spent a long time in the country as a tourist so the IO could deny entry and or insist you go and get a visa.

No problem with the same day in/out at Nong Khai. Presumably, you are aware that you must officially enter Laos. Your Philippine girlfriend will receive visa exempt entry into Laos, but you will probably need a visa on arrival.
