Missed my 90 day report

Featured Replies

I missed my 90 day report on the 17th. and am planning to go to MaeSot in the morning, are they open tomorrow and what should I expect. Thanks

They will be open.

Take a completed TM47 form and be prepared to pay a fine of 2000 baht for doing your report of staying longer than 90 days in the country late.

I missed by a full 90 days as I thought my renewal of the retirement exemption took care of it but not so

Fine was still 2k

Went there early this morning, Everytime I drive that road to MaeSot I think it can't get any worse, they prove me wrong. I still like the drive though, it's quite a rush. Anyhow, I got there at about 9:30 am and before I even got a number the lady at the desk asked what I was there for and I said 90 day report 16 days late. She said you have to pay 2000 baht fine, I handed over the money and signed my name on 4 pieces of paper and was out the door, total time 5 minutes.

The fine is more than a fine for pulling a sword out in public❗️

Well, that's the way it is. ?

What's the fine for "pulling a sword out in public"?

Last time i read it was 500 baht for the sword thing.

But if you pull a sword out after missing your 90 day report what would the fine be ?
