In Bangkok, you must go to the immigration at Government Center in Chaeng Wattana for the reentry permit. Queuing times can sometimes be long.  Alternatively, if your Nanny is departing by air, it can be done at the airport on the day of departure. This is much quicker if the Burmese lady is willing to deal with the simple application process herself as she passes immigration.

wow, ur Burmese nanny got a non B visa and wp? NOT an L-A visa and wp?

she gets the re entry permit same place everyone does,  at any immigration office or at the airport  on departure

The 1st or 2nd line states the category of the visa it is. If it is not a LA visa she also has an extension of stay stamp.
