I will cancel my visa tomorrow thursday, in Cambodia and the next day, friday, I will process my Non O in Chaengwattana. Is that possible? Or do I have to wait for days to process my Non O?

The only requirement is that you must have at least 15 days remaining on your entry. You could enter the country and go straight to immigration if you wanted to.

Are you planning to do the Cambodia run by air or by land? At land borders, they are liable to want proof that your employment is terminated before they will allow you to cross (without a reentry permit) and return visa exempt. Ensure, also, that you do not have a reentry permit, and cancel it first if you have.
