90 Day Report - The Awakening.

Featured Replies

I just received my 90 day report back via the Thai Post by way of EMS - (most of the time if you don't use EMS it seems Postman Patchanuk chucks it in the bin - My local Post Office would just stick a 3 Baht stamp on my SAE when I asked for ordinary post)

Anyway, since using EMS I always get the return form. This time however they put in a note: - "You can now report 90 Days Online"

Well blow me, I have been trying to do this online for 3 years, does this finally mean Thai Immigration have successfully managed to install Windows 3.1, and is their copy a pirate or is it for real?

Many people have done 90 day reports online since it became available in April of 2015.

Only those with a new passport since their last entry or an entry prior to 2013 cannot do them.

It has nothing to do with the age of passports or last entry, it is all down to the crap software that they put out!

If you ever have the misfortune to deal with Chiang Mai immigration you will see that everything that they put out is just hell on earth, it has to be the worst immigration office in Thailand...people sitting outside in the rain from midnight on plastic chairs just to get in the queue! Do you really think I would not have used the online report form if their crap software had worked?

Yes it does. It has nothing to with the system they are using. If that was true nobody could do them.

It has nothing do with Chiang Mai immigration. The same online reporting site is used nationwide.

I did mine last month online...worked like a charm...notified of success in less than 24 hours. The key is using IE or an IE plugin for another browser like Chrome and of course following directions about info requested.

Actually the key is being lucky enough for the site to be up during the limited time frame you  have for doing it online

It has been reliable for last few months. For the first time in a while it was down last weekend until Monday morning.
