not many hotels in the area, there is one driving from the traffic lights towards Sattahip on the right, a bit tired looking. (https://goo.gl/maps/BqDixTKww962)  

There are some resorts in the area, coming out the hospital side entrance turning left onto 3126 road towards the airport keep going and then turning left just after the train crossing there are lots of resorts as its a big Thai holiday break area

Several nice hotels in  Ban Chang,  which would be your best option if you have to get to Queen Sirikit via public transportation , which is located in Sattahip, not Pattaya
